Easy self-collection of keys. We were 2-sisters staying together and had plenty of room. Bed was comfy, nice seating area. Great views from front and back of the property. Nice to have a shared balcony at the back. Location was pretty good, 5-10mins walk to the tram, bit further to Prater.

Some of the chairs need their covers replacing as they were a little tatty. Shame the lift didn't quite go right to the top of the building, wasn't a real issue for us but may be for less-mobile people.

the apt, was very nicely appointed and in a safe neighborhood. easily accessible to public transportation. there was alittle reaturant downstair

the resurant downstairs was the only reaturant in the area and was only open 10-6. a little kate for breakfast.

The apparment's that we rented were perfect good location and close to line 0 and 1.

Great view out of the room. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay here again for sure!

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly, so the room got quite hot and it was noisy to having the windows open.

it didn't have enought coffee pods for the coffee machine and it was impossible to find the right ones at the supermarket.

The location is good, it is possible to go by walk to the center but also there are a lot of lines that connect apartment with city center. The apartment is big with a lot of light and it has a great kitchen. The host gave me all the necessary information on time.

The apartment is for four people but it has one bed for two and another pull out bed which is terrible (it doesn't have a flat surface, it is like sleeping on the stairs). And the small bathroom doesn't have the ventilation so it smells really bad. You need to keep the windows open in the rest of the apartment to avoid that smell in the rooms.

Lovely location, good lay-out and comfortable beds.

Attention to finer detail of maintenance lacks. The shower was not draining - my husband ended up buying drain cleaner and ultimately we took a clump of hair and shampoo out of the drain. The coffee machine in the apartment is not compatible with nespresso capsules. We could not find the capsules that go with the machine in any number of shops around the apartment. At the very least there should be an instruction on where to buy coffee machine capsules.

The only down side is that you can’t leave your luggage there after checkout. Had to take it the lockers at the train station.

We loved the apartment - sadly it was not as clean as it should be and fittings were tired and hair and dust. However, this was quickly rectified. Thank you. We were sad to say goodbye to our European apartment. The cafe next door in the Kunst Haus is fab.lovely area - easy for walking to Prater.

Cleaning - thick dust. Better quality towels and Bed linen that wasn’t stained. Also a plank dropped from my daughters bed in the middle of the night. Not massive things but the apartment was not cheap.

Location, spacious, cheap

Dirty, bugs, uncomfortable beds, old furniture, stained bedsheets, separate toilet and shower.

Room is clean spacious. Hv to climb up n carry yr luggage 2round of stairs bef u get the lift. Aptment quite far from centre. We take taxi out n return, altho i hv 3days ticket for public bus.

Toilet got foul smell, as we enter the house. Abd everyday hv this bad smell. Toilet also dont hv outlet exhaust. Other than this all are good

The apartment was very clean, neat and very spacious for the three of us. The location is really good and easy to reach from the airport and also from/to city center. Good value for price so I would recommend!

The additional bed for the third person is not really comfortable and is quite small.

Great quiet location. Very clean and comfortable. Easy access to tram, store and cafe.

It would have been nice to have a few coffee pods to know what the coffee maker took. The pillows were very small. And an instruction on how the TV worked.

Good location

Badly washed plates on the kitchen, low tap water pressure at the kitchen. the 3rd place to sleep (the couch) was a torture to sleep at. Towels were old and looked more like rags
