The location was perfect walking distance to Sagrada Familia. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The host met us at the property to hand us keys and show us neighborhoods on a map. The building has a small elevator which was super helpful.

The bathroom is split into two - the shower is inside the bedroom, with the toilet and sink is in the hallway. This works for two people staying there, but getting ready in the morning was odd. The apartment was great, but was much to expensive for what it was.

Pros: Fantastic hosts - were there upon arrival. Went through the contract, deposit, gave us 2x keys, advise regarding the city and major sites. Always available when we had any issues. Location - really great location, 5 min walk from Sagrada Familia and local amenities. 30 min walk from the beach.

Cons: Flat was really small, from the pictures I thought it would be bigger. Shower head was broken and it was difficult taking a shower easily. Cooker was temperamental. We had to turn off at Mains and leave for a few hrs for the cooker to cool down before we could use it again. Extra bed sheets which we used for the third party in our group to sleep on was very dirty and stained.

Because of the night flight, we have late check-in and paid 40 euro. I think this situation isn't good for family with kids. I understand that to have late check-in because you have fun in town and pay a penalty, but for night flight to pay panalty isn't good. They must modernize check-in proces with PIN or different methods to get keys.

The location as it was 5 minutes from Sagrada familia and the tube.

The flat was small and it didn't have modern furniture. The 200 euros deposit was too much and I didn't understand why it was returned to my card after two weeks. The moment we left someone got in to check and clean the flat. Do why wasn't the money returned immediately?

The staircase is narrow but we it didn't affect us cause we used the lift at all times.

The location was great, next to the metro and many supermarkets. and walking distance from La Sagrada Familia. The apartment looked very nice, and it was clean and comfortable for 4 people.

It is quite expensive for such a tiny apartment. The structure of the apartment is a bit weird too - the bathroom Gad see through doors? and the shower room did not have a door.

Location great. Nice and quiet. Lots of local shops and places to eat. Hosts were excellent.

Cockroaches in communal areas and in the apartment. Pretty small and basic for the money. This may just be Barcelona cost. No A/C in the bedroom so very hot. Lots of things broken (bathroom door handle, bathroom sink does not drain well etc). Balcony not really a balcony. No room to sit.

The location was really great as it is close to Sagrada Familia and metro stations. In case of any issues, the staff was always available to resolve them. For instance, the washing machine was not working but they immediately replaced it when asked.

The air conditioning was noisy and only effective in the living room, not in the bed room. The house seemed a bit old, we spotted couple cockroaches.

Great location, it's very close to Sagrada Familia but very quiet and convenient - there are lots of supermarkets and a traditional market around!

The facilities are a bit out of order, the air conditioner leaked, the washbasin leaked, and the shower went on several directions.. It needs a bit maintenance. In addition, there was neither scouring sponge nor in the kitchen, yet the host asked us to wash the dishes. So we had to buy them ourselves.
