The house and location couldn’t be better. The house itself is gorgeous and ten of us stayed here very comfortably. The location made accessing all that Positano has to offer very convenient. The team of Fabiana, Giuseppe and Laura made our time at Casa Fioravante wonderful. Cannot recommend it enough. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views, great staff, prompt responses. Only issue was listing said one BR had two beds but it was not set up that way when we arrived. They offered to split the beds but it seemed like too much trouble. Otherwise a perfect stay!

We were a group of 7 including 4 kids that stayed for 5 days in August. All I can say is this place was absolutely perfect! The villa was beautiful, the views stunning, the location perfect and the host very responsive. The small pool was really nice after a hot day of activities. Add in a city of steps, it was a only a short walk to many great restaurants and also the main beach. Daily housekeeping including laundry service was such a nice bonus. The highlight of our trip was getting a personal chef, Chef Antonio Satriano Casola, to come to the villa one night to make us a multiple course dinner. It was a night we will always remember. This place is a gem - book it and thank me later.

We had the most wonderful family vacation and couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect spot to stay! All 5 rooms are beautiful and each has it’s own bathroom. Positano is an amazing place but be prepared for steep climbs. It was a bit difficult for our parents (in their 70’s) and also with our small babies (11 weeks, and 18 months). We would take the road into town and that was a much better option than the stairs so we could use our strollers. It really didn’t take much longer to go the road over the stairs. It’s a small town so nothing is really far. There are restaurants just up the steps from the villa and a grocery store around the corner. There were 10 of us there so we cooked home for breakfast every morning, and every couple nights. One of the nights we hired a chef (Antonio) and we weren’t overly impressed. 700 euros for pretty basic food but was still enjoyable night with the family at the villa with the most fantastic view. We had a full week to visit and our parents choose to stay at the property a lot of times instead of joining our daily adventures because the stairs and heat were a bit too much for them. They absolutely loved being at the villa and enjoying the view everyday! Also, there is a small pool and that just added a perfect touch to enjoying the view with the summer heat. We rented a boat for 2 of the days we were there through Luma Charters. Spent 1 day in Capri, and the other cruising the Amalfi coast. Luca, took us to such amazing spots and we got to do a lot of cave swimming in the most beautiful spots! 100% recommend Luca! Also, water taxi’s are much easier than actual taxi’s — definitely recommend booking in advance if you can. Taxi’s are not an easy find in town to get from place to place. We went to a few different beach clubs and getting to and from took some effort. However the car company Mariana and Fabiana recommended came through for us each time and were wonderful. Laura and “Pepe” work to take care of the property almost every day and do the most fabulous job! They are also so sweet and helpful with anything and everything you could need. We had a fabulous time and hope to return again in the future!!

After two weeks this was our last stop on a large family vacation, and it was hands down our favorite. We had 12 people aged 9-70 and the house went above and beyond our expectations. Just be aware if you have 12 guests there will be an additional fee, the listing is a bit confusing. The location is superb. Everything about it was wonderful.

Giving a five star review was the easiest thing I've done in a while. From start to finish, Marianna and Antonietta were helpful, responsive and professional. Our family reunions happen infrequently and the home away from home was everything and more! Perfectly located with so much to do on the Amalfi coast. We didn't want to leave. Views are the BESTv

Our stay at Casa Fioravante was perfect! The location was fantastic, and the views from the large balcony were beautiful. The 5 stylish bedrooms each had an en suite bath and a private entrance. The living area had beautiful views, and an adorable well stocked kitchen. Marianna was an exceptional host and answered all my questions or inquiries quickly. She was so helpful with porters, van services, and private boat tours. It was a perfect base for a stay on the Amalfi Coast! My family of 3 adult kids and spouses loved every minute! (The A/C worked wonderfully)

The pictures of the property are beautiful; yet, the Villa is even better in person. The veranda is larger than it appears and the views are magical. The bedrooms are all equally beautiful. The dining room served the nine of us comfortably and could handle more. The location is a quick walk to the center of Positano with a great little market around the corner. Laura and “Pepe” do a wonderful job keeping the property clean and well maintained and are very nice. Marianna, your hostess, is very friendly and greets you warmly. She answered all of our questions from our first interest in the property, following our booking and during our stay. She is quick to respond and always available. Her recommendations were all great from Fabio and his car service to Magia Boats for a wonderful day along the coast to the Amalfi Lemon Experience to the restaurant “Next To”. We couldn’t recommend Villa Fioravante any more highly. Grazie mille Marianna!

Great villa, two wonderful terraces that look south over the sea. Walk to downtown in seven minutes with many great accessible restaurants. Ferry service just below the villa for easy access to the Amalfi coast and Capri. Marianna, the owner, is like having you own personal concierge with great recommendations, assistance with boat rentals, and logistics. Already planning our return.

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The property is even nicer than the pictures, and the view is incredible. The staff were so accommodating and helpful.

One of the best family vacations , the house was amazing !

Outstanding stay! 5 bedrooms were all as advertised, kitchen was well stocked, and the view was magnificent. There was no washing machine but Laura took care of any laundry and returned it to our rooms. It is 295 steps from the beach, but after the first night, it is actually a good stroll home. Highly recommend this place. We were only 3 couples but it can easily house 5 couples.

Our family stayed here and we couldn't have been more amazed with the quality of service and care the owner Marianna showed us. The views are probably the best views.

This was our second time renting the Casa Fiorvante, and it was absolutely perfect, again! The owners are so caring and helpful. The home is even more stunning than the photos! The location is perfect. We can’t wait to return! We love the new swimming pool/jacuzzi that has been added! Sooooo nice!

We loved our stay in Positano. The view was amazing and the home was perfect for 5 couples. From start to finish we could not have asked for a better host and home for our trip to Positano.

The views were perfect. Great location with excellent restaurants, grocery store & pharmacy. Perfect for large groups! As with most properties in Positano, there are quite a few stairs to get to the property from the road. However, we managed fine with two small children. Highly recommend!

The property was all we were hoping for and more. The views were exquisite. The kitchen was well stocked and we very much enjoyed our dinner cooked by Chef Julia. The bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms were beautiful. We very much enjoyed our daily maid service. Lara was a delight. Unfortunately we are unable to rate this property a 5 due to the way our week began. We were very delayed on our arrival day due to a plane delay and several of our group needing to eat something substantial. Although we did our best to communicate this to the owner, Marianne, including offering her financial compensation, she was quite angry with us and even went as far as telling the eleven of us to find a hotel in Sorrento. I was able to convince her to allow us in the day we were scheduled. However we were quite disappointed and rather shocked in the way we were treated and spoken to. Other than that we had a wonderful stay in this property.

The views were beautiful and the location was very good. Lots of opportunity for exercise with the steps down to the beach area and up to the road and the shops. The property is very well maintained. The property owners were very easy to work with.

We were a group of 11 in early July 2017 (ages 18 to 68) and this villa was perfect. We had 7 other group members staying in the Casa Albertina hotel 250 yds away What made this stay so special; 1. Location, Location in Positano. Perfect view of the harbor and the boat traffic. close (30 steps) to the main road thru town, relatively close to the beach (160 steps), close to parking, and close to numerous fabulous restaurants. 2. Wonderful well maintained villa with 5 great bedrooms and very nice bathrooms with excellent air conditioning. Outdoor shower was used by nearly every member of our group—best view ever while taking a shower. 3. Patio is unsurpassed. Better than the pictures since the owners added new furniture to make sitting outside even more exceptional. We spent many hours on the patio talking, eating, drinking and being mesmerized by the views. 4. Owners (Marianna and Fabrianna) were very helpful during the reservation process and while we were at the villa and made excellent recommendations for us. Special things we did while in Positano for 4 days; 1. Private boat trip to Capri with Grassi Junior. We had the wonderful Fratella Aprea 36 foot (holds 12 passengers) and one smaller boat. This was a Capri boat trip but the highlight was time spent on Amalfi coast. This was the highlight of our two week trip to Italy. They took us to a cove with Conca del Sogno restaurant on way back from Capri—fabulous for having a drink, eating and then swimming for an hour. Never had better swimming—so much buoyancy—no need for floaties. 2. Path of the Gods (Sentiero Degli Dei) hike—one of best hikes with best views in the world. Take a taxi service from the villa to Bomerano and then walk the 4 miles to Nocelle and call the taxi service to pick you up. I did it once at 11.7 mile and then the better way at 4 miles with two taxis. Fabulous taxi ride to Bomerano. 3. Go Lido Bagni D’Arienzo Beach Club a short free boat ride from main beach of Positano. This is an amazing beach worth the 11 euros for a chair. Book lunch reservations and stay for 5 or 6 hours. You will not be disappointed. 4. Latteria Grocery/Deli/Take Out Amazing little grocery and deli 150 yards downhill on main street. We had 4 breakfast takes outs and two dinner take outs. Great food and incredible selection for a tiny grocery

eight of us stayed for four days , and found the property located in a charming position overlooking the stunning coastline. Unless you're familiar with the area, make sure you get thorough instructions on how to find the property, as it's off the only road in (one way), down three sets of steps. This is a "casa" not a "villa", so there is no pool. As with all of Positano, be prepared for a hike to anywhere - everywhere is perched on the mountain sides. it's a ten minute walk to the centre, with many typical shops dedicated to the tourist market. If you take the back alley, you'll save a couple of minutes going down to the town centre, but have good legs for the trek back whichever way you go. A five minute walk above the location are several restaurants; Il Saraceno d'oro was good eating, though the menu is limited. Further eateries are down in the town centre. The beach is small with coarse black sand and pebbles. The property's bedrooms are comfortable with en-suites; the living room is spacious but the furniture sparse; the dining room furniture is basic, one drawback is that the kitchen is very small, so don't plan big eat-at-home cooking. We encountered some chilly, wet days early spring, but I can imagine in full summer you can enjoy al fresco eating and relaxing until the wee hours on the terrazza.

This was the most amazing property with a most spectacular view. We were a family of 7 adults and a small child and the place was perfect. Everything one could need was available. Marianna and Fabianna were very helpful with requests and gave us the detals of a transfer company who were great. They also booked a cooking class for us and that was also very good. Everything you need is right outside. A supermarket, great restaurants and many other shops. Da Vincenzo restaurant was fantastic. Everything is just like the photos so you can not be disappointed. I can highly recommend this property. Everyone of us had the most amazing time in this beautiful home and you never tire of the view.

We recently completed a fantastic five night stay at Villa Fioravante in Positano. We had eight people, four adult couples, and had plenty of room for everyone - private bedroom and bathroom suite for each couple, small but adequate kitchen, nice size family/gathering room, comfortable bedding, good internet, etc. The view from the patio is absolutely amazing and breath taking. You could spend the day there, but there are too many things to do and see in the Amalfi Coast area. There are a lot of steps from the villa to the beach, but there is great shopping and sightseeing all along the way. There are also a lot of steps carrying your luggage from the street down to the villa, but at least it's only once in and once out - I would not recommend this villa for anyone with disabilities or with difficulties climbing steps. Fabiana met us at our arrival and could not have been any nicer or more accommodating, offering restaurant recommendations and tourist suggestions. She also arranged dinner in the villa one night and it was excellent. We did not have a car in Positano, and you do not need one. We had a guide on two different days drive us around and show us the area. Poppy at Positano Car Service is the greatest - book him ahead of time if possible. He was recommended by a friend of ours that had visited Positano previously. We also rented a boat one day to enjoy the weather, see the coastline from the water, and to visit Capri. We rented from Sorrento Luxury Charter, with Robbie as our Captain. He picked us up at the dock in Positano, did a great job, and was so much fun to be with. I highly recommend you contact him, also. I have no affiliation with either Poppy or Robbie - but my wife and I have traveled to Italy 10+ times, and I like to recommend someone to other travelers when that person can make your trip special and memorable. I definitely recommend Villa Fioravante and a visit to Positano and the Amalfi Coast.

The villa is just as shown in the pictures, even better. Very clean, the best view ever and a great location. You do not need a car, everything is in walking distance, even the beach, we had a driver take us to Positano from the Napals train station the day we arrived, and it was one of the most amazing views on the way there that you will ever see. The villa has a lot of room and is very clean, the kitchen and dining areas are large and comfortable, we made espresso every morning in the espresso makers. Every bedroom had its own bathroom with shower. and we had a extra shower out side on the patio which is very nice, especially when it s hot out and you just want to cool down. We hung out on the very large balcony all the time. The views during the day and at night are unbelievable. We were 6 adults and stayed for 5 days. If you want to cook your meals the kitchen is fully stocked with pots pans and spices,etc. The owners Marianna and Fabianna are very nice and great host. There was daily cleaning and fresh towels if needed. Everything went as planned. I give this villa and its owners a 10+ rating. Thank you Marianna and Fabianna and your friend from the Blitz fashion store for a great experience.

This was such an amazing property! There were five of us on a family retreat and we found the villa able to accommodate all of us without feeling crowded. Each of us had our own bedroom/bathroom which were extremely large and comfortable. The bathrooms were pristine and had everything you needed including soap, shampoo, blow dryers, etc. The villa was filled with beautiful windows overlooking the bay and beach of Positano. We were also within walking distance of several restaurants, shops and deli's, which were extremely convenient. Marianna was so sweet and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. A word of advice for some travelers...there are many steps in Positano so it may be difficult to navigate for those who are not quite as mobile. Overall, this is a beautiful villa with an amazing view! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax and unwind. Definitely a "10"!

What a fantastic villa in Positano! After my wedding in Florence a group of us visited Positano and rented this fabulous house for 4 days. The views are exceptional, the villa so comfortable and Marianna and Fabiana were fabulous in providing us lots of tips and advice on where to eat and visit in Positano. We didn't want to leave!!! Thank you for making our holiday so special, we will be back!
