Beautifully decorated with original artwork. Very clean and well maintained. The roof top pool was perfect and we had the use to ourselves. The breakfast was the best I’ve had.

Parking was limited but always available.

It's a nice consistent hotel. Comfortable and a good location.

The hotel is very comfortable and alive. We enjoy staying here. rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were super comfortable. Staff is usually helpful but forgetful.

1. the air conditioner blew right on the bed so that was very uncomfortable throughout the night. had to turn it off so we could get some sleep, then it got warm. Also our room didn't have any coffee or sweetners etc. Called down to the lobby to tell them and bring some up but they forgot.

If you like art, this is the place to go. It's like staying at a museeum. The covered pool at the terrace has a great view and its excelent for children no matter the time of the year.

The view from my roof was not the best. But the rest was ok.

The room was comfortable and well ventilated.

There is a sign next to the coffee machine in the room that tea and coffee are complimentary. But in order to get them for free, you have to buy a coffee capsule or a tea bag for 1.5 USD from the bottom of the buffet :)

Decent hotel, pleasantly decorated. Well cleaned.

Room safe detached from mounting screws, so no expected use. Absolutely empty minibar, I have no idea what it's supposed to be for, yet it's on. It's a detail, but after an extra long intercontinental flight, it's not pleasant. Distance from the center, you have to use a taxi for thirty dollars, half an hour to get to the center, using toll way. This can make accommodation more expensive. Perhaps it would be fair to write Santa Ana in the hotel address specification.

great hotel with lovely swimming pool area in a safe and quite area of San Jose (only 15 min away from the airport). My daughter forgot her airpods but luckily the cleaning lady found them. Elisa from the reception arranged a courier to our next accommodation! Again many thanks for the swift action.
