The room was poor, the TV remote was too far to work, the room itself was unclean

Stairs leading up to Hotel were steep

Breakfast and bar food lovely Rooms have a nice modern look

On arrival was given a room with 20 steps to it and had a new born and a 9 year old with me, then was advised I would get a new room and that also had steps to it. I was then given keys to go check out another room in the basement which was of a lower standard, eventually given an appropriate room after the first hour being very stressful since arrived to hotel and 10 trips up and down stairs to deal with the staff. Blonde lady on reception was extremely cheeky and unhelpful towards me and my family. The room I was eventually given was 512 and next to the lift. The lift was extremely noisy and we spent most of our two night stay awake- with a newborn and a 9 year old I do find this very unacceptable and the whole experience very stressful.

The location is excellent for trips to the Cliffs, Caves, Lahinch, Doolin, Spanish Point etc! The family rooms are a great size and the pool is a great addition!

The Wi-Fi is poor on the first floor, no fridge in the room and the lady in the leisure centre needs to brush up on her people skills!
