Very nice owner, and cozy house. The deco gives a very warm and homey feel, like coming back to your own home. Quiet area, and near many eateries. Suitable for couples or families with a very young kid.

Clear instructions given by the host. Dedicated parking space is provided in the basement Carpark. Guarded facilities with many amenities available including buffet breakfast (pay separately) and gym/swimming pool.
The unit is fully equipped with a kitchenette including fridge, microwave and washing machine. Android TVbox is also provided.
Many restaurants nearby and its located within a walking distance. There's also a dedicated walking pathway from the unit to Mont Kiara, which only took within 5 minutes walking.

The instructions given is easy to follow. The parking bay is guarded and dedicated to the customer. Plenty of restaurants are available just within a walking distance. There are pathway that can lead to Mont Kiara for the residents to use.

The instructions given by the staff is clear. The room is an apartment which is spacious for 2 adult. All amneties is provided includes kitchen. The dedicated parking space is provided and guarded 24 hours. There are also gym and pool at the upper floor which open to residents. The location itself is surrounded by plenty of Restaurants nearby and only located within walking distance.

The instructions from the host is clear and easy to follow. It is 100% contactless procedure for check-in. The security guard is friendly and easy to ask them for the directions. The parking lot is designated. The apartment is very clean and complete with kitchenette and washing machine. Netflix is available.

Friendly staff and tight fit security at the apartment area. Car park was provided and guarded 24 hours. At ground floor, a smog machine was provided for every guest passing through to get disinfect before entering the lift. This instruction given by the host is clear. Internet line also was provided in the room.

The bathroom is a see through glass. Not recommended if you are bringing kids/family.

The security guard is there. To access the lift and opening the door, the security key will be needed.
To get the keys (check-in) , the customer only have to go through mailbox, same procedure also for checking out from the apartment (less contact with staff)

Bathroom wall is a see through glass from the bedroom, thus if you came with a family with kids, not a good ideal situation.
There is difference between Block A and B apartment. Please ask the security guard if you're first-time coming there.
