4 Double Bedroom Victorian Cottage
Dieses komfortable viktorianische Cottage bietet Platz für 8 Personen und bietet Unterkünfte auf 3 Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich das Wohnzimmer und die Wohnküche mit französischen Türen zum gepflasterten Innenhof. Der erste Stock verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche über der Badewanne und ein separates Duschbad. In der obersten Etage befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Perfekt gelegen, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Sandstrand, Geschäften, Restaurants und Pubs entfernt. Sonniger Garten im Innenhof mit Tisch und Stühlen für 8 Personen und Grill. Keine Haustiere / Nichtraucherhaus.

A lovely house right in the middle of town but on a quiet street tucked away. Amazingly stocked, lots of space and very comfy. Swanage and surrounding area was great - loads to do

Could not fault the property, all modern conveniences, beds comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen very well equipped. Expected parking to be tricky and it was.

The house is spotless. Every attention to detail is met. It’s located centrally in town but enough out of the way, to remain peaceful. Lovely decoration throughout the house. Finished to a very high standard. Highly recommend!

This is a very comfortable property furnished to a high standard. The location is great. It’s close to the shops and beach but also in a quiet area. The rear courtyard is a lovely sun trap. Although there is no parking, we were able to park in Queens Road and unload/load the cars outside the property. I recommend this holiday home.

Lovely house in a Great Location
We had a fantastic week staying in the beautiful property, the standard of the accommodation was even better than expected the house was beautifully presented and excellently equipped. We couldn’t fault it and would definitely stay again.

Generous accommodation for 6 adults and 1 child. All the rooms were more than adequate for our needs. The kitchen was really well equipped and being so close to shops and pier, this is a great holiday home. We could always find car parking in local roads. Over the many years we have been coming to Swanage all the family agreed this was our best holiday home yet.

Generous accommodation for 6 adults and 1 child. All the rooms were more than adequate for our needs. The kitchen was really well equipped and being so close to shops and pier, this is a great holiday home. We could always find car parking in local roads. Right in the heart of swanage, this beautiful 4 bedroom house is a 3 minute walk to the sea and sand.
Beautifully decorated, with every comfort thought of. Games and DVDs although we never used them.
Garden patio perfect for 8 with charcoal bbq. There's even a little shed with beach boards, bats and windbreaker you can borrow. Maybe previous holidayers have left these but they were a great find. My 5 yr old loved the little surf board in the sea.
Parking no issue. Was always able to find 2 spaces sometimes we needed 3. Only a 5 minute walk away. I even got food delivered for the first afternoon from sainsburys so was much easier for us.
Chilled Red is a must for fine diners!
