Great swimming pools, there were always enough sunbeds and didn't feel crowded even though the hotel was at full capacity in August. The slides were a real joy for my kids, we almost never had to wait. The beach is right next to the hotel, direct access from the swimming pool area. The nearest beach is not very big, but was perfect for us. There is another beach, few steps away, with sunbeds and umbrellas for rent and a restaurant. The room was good, nice kitchen, a balcony, and a perfect air conditioning. My husband booked a Turkish hamam massage and it was very good. There is also a small supermarket in the hotel, with reasonable prices.

I liked everything

Very good place for family with little kids. They enjoyed pool, slides, program for children and playgrounds. Beach is nice and there is shallow water for quite a long distance from the beach. Room clean, food delicious.

Sofa bed in apartment was a little bit uncomfortable for kids to sleep.

Excellent location. Very secure. Cleanliness and staff were faultless.

Cost was high for self catering.

The hotel is clean, the staff are pleasant and helpful. There is a supermarket that works till late hours. The pool is great, it's not too crowded and even when we got around 11am there was still a place in the shade. The beach is near and nice. The food is ok, even my kids found what to eat. The hotel is a 5-10 min drive from Sunnybeach, which is great to go to in the evening. My kids enjoyed the slides.

The variety of food doesn't change between the days. After the third day we went to a restaurant in the evening. No near public transportation, had to use taxis.
