The 1 bedroom apartment has a pool and sea view!

People who leave all the day towels on sunbeds!

The hotel is located near sunny beach - in relativley quiet area - which was great for us. We had a car so we can go to sunny beach and nessbar easily. The hotel is very quiet, we got a very big appartment for our familty (2 bad rooms + one extra bad in the living room). The pool is great. The hotel is near the permier hotel, where we had breakfast (2 minutes walk). You can also use the permier hotel facilities (pool + 2 slides + pingpong) but the pool in the prestige is more quiet. The hotel has direct access to the beach - which is awsome.

The room can be maintaned bit better. The shower is bit old.

Staff very friendly, fresh and really good food downstairs in the restaurant. Pleasure to stay there.

The location and the breakfast

Very good location with direct access to the beach, excellent and very diversified breakfast and dinner. Complete facilities for families. Beautiful interior yard.

The sofa is not so comfortable.

The premises are very well kept and the cleanliness was just perfect. It is located right where Sveti Vlas starts and you have quick access to markets, restaurants and the road to Sunny Beach or other destinations. The hotel is just on the beach so you can literally just walk down the stairs and enjoy the sea.

Avoid coming here during peak high season (it's valid for most of the locations, but particularly for this one). Why? It's packed with large families and you'll have a hard time waking up and elbowing yourself for breakfast, despite the terrace and the buffet being extremely generous and large. Also, if kids on the premises bother you, this is not your go-to-address. A minus is that the beach in front of the hotel does not actually belong to the hotel, so you'll spend at least 12 EUR for two sunbeds and an umbrella, with sometimes incredibly rude beach admin (I have to underline that this is NOT the hotel's fault but it can impact the stay of their guests negatively, who are forced to choose different beaches because of these conditions and the beach being utterly overcrowded during peak season).

The apartment was big enough with 2 balcony, both having see view. It was close to the beach and the pool was very clean. The breakfast was appropriate for my 2 years old son. I also liked that there was a store nearby.

The mattress was a little old and not very comfortable.

Rooms were not cleaned during my 3 days stay. Door was not sealed so every noise from corridor was heard. Breakfast in crowded neighbouring part of resort.

Very spacious apartment, great view, the washing machine was great for our group with kids :) The apartment was equiped in sync with our needs. Practically nothing was missing :)

They could change the towels daily…. But thanks to washing machine we managed quite ok….

A slight unplesant smell in the room

Everything was perfect. Very good value for money. I highly recommend.
