Rental was as described and pictured. Well stocked. Very clean. Convenient on-site laundry. Located on peaceful side street and a short walk to most Key West attractions and restaurants. Highly recommended.

The property was great, very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay in Key West. We were able to walk to everything! Only suggestion would be to have thicker drapes for the door to the porch in the bedroom as the sun was pretty bright in the morning. But don’t think you’ll be able to sleep in because the rooster in the alley will certainly wake you up early!

The property was better than the photos indicated. It was bright, well stocked and organized, beautifully decorated. My husband and I had plenty of room to relax w the comfortable seating area and the two porches. It was very close to Duval St but very quiet. We only used our car once in the 5 days we were there. We’d definitely stay again!!

Home was clean and very very orderly. Exactly as presented online. Mgmt company easy to work with and very communicative. Home located in a very convenient spot but neighborhood was a bit rundown. Would return as upsides outweigh everything! Well done!

We absolutely loved this little place. It was very clean and close to Duval. Lots to do within walking distance. Neighborhood felt very safe. We would definitely return.

In the time between our first stay and this stay, the owners upgraded the AC units which made this condo an amazing escape during some super hot summer days spent outside in Key West! The place was super clean and the location is perfect, they provided everything you could ask for for a great trip, and the staff at Historic Key West Vacation rentals was so helpful and kind. We will undoubtedly be back to rent the same place and cannot recommend it enough!

I could talk all day about this amazing place. The top unit has a wonderful view of the street & beautiful foliage. It had my heart at hello. The neighbors are sweethearts. It was very private yet inviting. There are 2 decks. The side deck is perfect for the morning & day time. The front deck is perfect for the evening. I feel blessed being able to stay there. I hope to stay again someday.

Great little place. Walking distance to pretty much everything. Service and communication was excellent!

The property was exceptionally clean and accurate to the listing. The location was perfect for all activities in Duval Street. The management company was very courteous and prompt/informative with all aspects of island life and activities.

Such a cute place for two. Close enough to Duval (1.5 blocks) to walk but far enough away to eliminate noise in the evening. The place is tastefully decorated and very clean. Comfortable and clean furniture and kitchen stocked with everything you would need. Limited closet space but we were able to make it work. Within walking distance to anything you need. If flying in, you would not need a car. Would stay again if visiting Key West!!

Pounciana tree top was the perfect place for two adults to turn the volume down on life for a while. Just enough room for two people, but not too small. Considering you don’t spend a lot of time at your residence during a stay in Key West it had everything we needed and was just the right size. We have already discussed renting it again for our next fishing trip.

Beautifully quaint property which was very well appointed for it’s size. New appliances, crazy comfy bed and minutes walk from everything you want to do in Key West! And the office staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating!

The outside area was pleasant for just relaxing after a day at the beach

This place was Perfect for our Girls trip to do the Hemingway 5k SUP! Perfect Location! You can walk to EVERYTHING! The place was extremely clean and well stocked! The King bed was a delight, for sure! We felt very safe in our environment! Our communication with HKWR was great! Carol went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and was extremely helpful! We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!!!

Location was great and within walking distance from most everything. Nice to have the high ceilings. bathroom is a bit small but nothing was hampered. Communication with the host was great.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, very comfortable king sized bed. Loved the large washer and dryer. It had everything you needed to cook. Couch isn’t the most comfortable, but we didn’t spend a lot of time sitting around. Has off street parking for compact car. We felt safe and had a fantastic time!!

Cottage very clean and furnished appropriately. We loved being so close to Duvall and having our own parking space. I would recommend a better coffee pot. Reviewer Comments: We were excited to stay at this cute little place but because of unexpected circumstances with car problems in Miami we couldn't make it. We contacted the property managers and explained our situation that we were having problems and gave them ample time to re-rent the unit. Because this particular weekend had no available units anywhere in Key West to be rented. We explained that if we would get even a partial refund that would be greatly appreciated. The would not return any message left, and finally they said that they contacted the manager and he or she said that it was a "No Go". So we never stayed there for the entire weekend, we had sent the property manager an email explaining this. We know that it stipulates no refunds but we feel that certain situations require different actions to be taken, at the very least trying to re-rent the unit. Because of this we hope we get a response from the property manager and at least some compensation for our unexpected problems. We usually rent twice a year in Key West but we are uncertain if we will recommend these properties to our friends and family anymore or rent from there anymore.

We met one of the owners briefly and he was so nice and left us a bottle of champagne to congratulate us on our nuptials. We felt welcomed, at home, and will always use this company for our vacation needs. There is no other!!
