Neue Wohnung mit zwei unabhängigen Etagen, im Obergeschoss 1 Schlafzimmer mit zwei zusammenstellbaren Einzelbetten (1,60 cm), Badezimmer und eine tolle Terrasse mit Blick auf die Alhambra. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Lounge mit einem Schlafsofa (1,35 cm) für zwei Personen sowie ein zusätzliches Badezimmer und die Küche. Voll ausgestattet mit 32-Zoll-Fernseher, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Dunstabzugshaube und Küchenutensilien. Im Bad gibt es Handtücher, Fön, Gel und Shampoo. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine Klimaanlage und Heizung für Ihren Komfort.
Es ist auch sehr nah an Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkten, Obststand, Drogerie, Kunsthandwerk, Touristeninformation und allen Arten von Geschäften. Es ist möglich, alle Orte der Stadt zu Fuß zu erreichen und es ist auch sehr gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Wir können Ihnen mit Informationen, Zeitplänen und Zonen von touristischem Interesse behilflich sein, die möglicherweise benötigt werden.
Die Nachbarschaft von Gebäuden von großem Interesse und Denkmälern umgeben. Neben dem "Spaziergang der Traurigen", eine wertvolle Tour entlang des Flusses Darro, genießen Sie die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Alhambra. Die Buslinien 35 und 31 bedienen diesen Bereich. Neben Bussen, die direkt zum Flughafen, Busbahnhof oder Bahnhof von Granada fahren, auch Busse, die zur Alhambra fahren.
Auch gibt es eine Taxi-Haltestelle ganz in der Nähe. Die Zufahrt mit dem Auto für das gesamte Zentrum Granadas ist für Nicht-Einwohner sehr eingeschränkt. Aus diesem Grund empfehlen wir, das Auto auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz in der Nähe der Wohnung abzustellen oder dort zu lassen, wo ich wohne, und von dort ein Taxi zur Wohnung zu nehmen. Meiner Meinung nach ist dies der wirtschaftlichste Weg

The apartment was in an incredible location and the views were spectacular. Made it a really lovely place to just stop and spend time at, resting after a long day hiking up and down the hilly landscape of Granada!
The host was extremely communicative and friendly, would highly recommend and we really hope to visit again sometime soon!

The apartment worked very well for us, easy access (2 short flights of steps), decent kitchen & bathroom, very comfy bed! But it is the mesmerising view of Alhambra - fabulous, from the shaded balcony (overhead electric blind) or kitchen window below. Loved it! Easy communication with host.

We really loved this VRBO experience. Great location near lots of restaurants, markets, and the Plaza Nueve. The owners were very responsive to my many questions, and gave excellent directions for accessing the accommodations. We found that google maps wanted to direct us (and our taxi driver) to the *wrong* 22 (owners will explain) so we had more success putting in [street name] 20. And as others have posted, you can't get a better view of the Alhambra! We spent a lot of time sitting on that unbelievable balcony, just enjoying the view. Thanks so much, Rosa y Victoria!

During our trip along the south of Spain we spent a few nights here so we could visit Alhambra, Sierra Nevada and take in some Flamenco. Apartment is as advertised with wonderful balcony that is very peaceful and secluded above the busy streets below. Beware that there are narrow stairs up for you to carry your luggage. Otherwise a lovely spot. Host was available as we needed and no surprises. Enjoy!

Physically fit individuals will love this view from the bedroom and patio. I had coffee on the patio each morning and bid goodnight each night from the bedroom. Stay for the view! Since we were on the go from morning till night, we didn’t use most of the available options and the washer was not working. Park out of the central area and taxi in. You will walk everywhere! The apartment is on two floors…so thankful we traveled light. The noise of the arriving building tenants awoke me but not hubby and it was only once a night (3:15 am and 11:30 am) but it’s because of the building layout. We are thankful I spent the money on the view and location was fantastic! Owner was great about communication.

We had an excellent stay here. There wasn’t one thing overlooked from the incredibly comfortable beds to the incredible panoramic views of the Albany in and the Alhambra. The absolute best location in the city to get to shops, restaurants and walks. Hosts were great communicators and prompt with replies. This rental is a gem and we’d love to stay here again when in Granada. FABULOUS! Thank you!

We loved our stay at this quaint apartment! Victoria was excellent with communicating. Check-in process was easy. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and the view of the Alhambra was absolutely stunning. Location was also excellent - easy access to restaurants, sites, and shops. Highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic, 2-level apartment perfectly located near Granada’s old city center. Hands-down the best view I’ve had in any rental. The view of Alhambra can’t be beat. Perfect location for getting around the city and up to the Alhambra. Comfortable apartment with easy communication with Victoria and Rosa. Our only regret is we could only stay 2 nights. If ever back in Andalucía again, will stat here for sure!

The apartment was spectacular! The location is perfect for all things. The view, proximity to major attractions, very modern amenities and the most gracious and kind hosts!

The apartment is well situated and within walking distance to the Alhambra, Sacromonte and the Royal Chapel. Our apartment had a nice deck with very nice views of Granada and the Alhambra. The apartment was a little difficult to find. It is a two level apartment with the steps to the second level a little tricky. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, in a well maintained apartment and we were pleased with it.

The apartment was absolutely delightful, comfortable, welcoming, and in a perfect location. It's much nicer than the pictures! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone (as long as you're capable of climbing a couple of flights of stairs. )

A great apartment, spread over two floors, with a generous-sized bathroom, bedroom and lounge. There is also a terrace with unimpeded views of the Alhambra. The host made many offers of help and was free with advice.
Recommended for all who can manage steep narrow stairs.

Loved staying in this cute apartment. The view of Alhambra is breathtaking from the couch, the terrace, even the bed! Very clean. Nice to have two bathrooms in Europe. Mattresses were comfortable. Very close to lots of restaurants, Royal Chapel, etc. We hoofed it up to Alhambra for our tour; it’s not too bad and it’s lovely. Would highly recommend the apartment!

Wonderful location and experience
Our great experience began with first communication with Rosa y Victoria. Pre-trip communications were prompt and helpful. Check-in was virtual and easily done. The apartment is just as described with downstairs living area including pull out and also upstairs bedroom. Well furnished bathroom and kitchen including refrigerator and cafe maker. Yes the star of the show is the balcony with perfect Alhambra view. Amazing to sit out early or late to sip a drink and take in the sights. Less need to book an expensive restaurant table when you can do it from your apartment. Daytime temps during our stay were >100F but the apartment has AC that works well.
Upon arrival the narrow winding streets may feel like a confusing maze but very quickly you will feel at ease getting where you need to go. Short hike to Mirador San Nicolas, Plaza Larga, San Cristobal - all are uphill. Plaza Nueva is 3 minute walk and has a taxi stand for destinations further away. Airport and train station are both less than 10 euro. Read a guide book to determine what sights you want to see as there are many - Cathedral, Alhambra, shopping districts, caves for Flamenco. Stop along the way for a drink which always has tapas included. There are so many terrific little spots with friendly staff and good service all at a reasonable price. Save your diet for your return home.

Beautiful view
The apartment is well located and the view is wonderful! The living areas are well equipped for a short stay. Be aware there are quite a few steep stairs, but they are manageable. AC works great in hot weather!

Great location. great view, great for some people
April 2022 visit by fit and active couple aged early 60s and we've rented apartments/ homes in 20 cities around the world
What to look forward to:
1. Fabulous location -- 2 minutes to Plaza Nueva (with taxi stand) but a world apart -- no crowds of tourists - just some modest food traffic. You are in the Albayzin UNESCO World Heritage site while being without needing to climb up five or six levels of the hill. Central location to walk to restaurants, shops and buses to the Alhambra. 7 or 8 euros taxi to the train station.
2. Fabulous views - Wonderful view of the Alhambra from the upper bedroom and the terrace. While the terrace is narrow, it is certainly adequate for two persons. Southern exposure with sun all day and a retractable awning that allows guest to create their preferred mix of sun and shade.
3. Hosts are super friendly and responsive. Very helpful regarding check-in and some visitor materials in the apartment.
4. Apartment is newly renovated and in great condition. I loved the overhead rain shower. Kitchen is small, but adequately equipped for breakfast, snacks and takeout.
What to know before you go:
As other reviewers have commented, entry to the apartment is by narrow stairs. We managed just fine, but if you travel with large or very heavy luggage, know that you will need to muscle it up (once) and down (once). I've not stayed anywhere else in the Albayzin, but based on what I've seen, most apartments are going to have stairs between floors.
Second, you are staying in the labyrinthian Albayzin quarter -- which is the entire point of selecting this apartment. You will get lost and your GPS will be helpful 95% of the time. If you like to explore, you will be in heaven. If you get impatient, then stay at a hotel.
Third, to explore Granada and the Albayzin, be prepared for a lot of stairs while you explore. Again, this is the whole point -- to experience a different, ancient way of life.
Fourth, we did not figure out how to fully utilize the wash machine. Suggestion for the hosts would be to provide some simple instructions.

Perfect Location and View
The property had a wonderful deck and view of the Alhambra. Easy access to Plaza Nueva and the rest of Granada. The owner has a lot of information in the apartment about things to do, maps and restaurant recommendations, which is very helpful. A little challenging to locate the property (Google Maps says it is in another location). Bedroom is upstairs from living space/shower with narrow, tight steps so might not be ideal for larger people or people with mobility issues. Only issue we had was temperature control and the electricity going out once (a bit of a process to get it back on involving the fuse box). The attic bedroom seemed to get very hot and we couldn't quite get it adjusted correctly. Otherwise, it was a great home base for our trip to Granada and the views can't be beat. Communication with the owners was excellent.

Amazing views of the Alhambra from the terrace.
This is a cute two levels apartment in the Albaicin neighborhood with an impressive view of the Alhambra from the upstairs terrace. The owner Victoria was very nice and helpful. All her suggestions for eating and sightseeing were great. The beds were very comfy but it was hard to close your eyes with the night view of the Alhambra right from bed. We will definitely come back when we get a chance.

I’ve stayed in many VRBOs and this is the best ever.
The view of the Alhambra is completely amazing - it’s what you come to Granada for and there is not only a fantastic balcony to admire it from, but it’s right there from every window of the apartment, and even from your bed.
The apartment is beautifully set up with everything you need and has so many small thoughtful touches that made it feel like home, rather than a rental.
Victoria and Rosa are wonderful hosts. They are so responsive they often reply to emails within a few minutes and Rosa made me feel like I was family rather than a guest.
It was a wonderful experience and you could not do better in Granada.
Three suggestions for your stay.
Unless you are very fit, catch a taxi (€4) or a bus up to the Alhambra for your visit and walk back down afterwards. You will be much less exhausted.
The Albaicín is great to walk around but is very steep. Take a trip around Granada on the Hop on Hop off train that goes from Plaza Neuva (3 mins from the apartment) which is great value at €4 for a senior, and then stay on until you get back to the highest point of the Albaicín (stop 5) then get off, admire with view from the top, and spend an hour walking back down to the apartment.
Don’t miss the Chapel Royal where Ferdinand and Isabella are buried in their lead coffins and which has wonderful artworks.

Perfect Terrace to Alhambra
Great comms with wonderful Victoria, everything you could need for a fantastic stay in Granada, the apt. is very near to Plaza San Gregorio and the pedestrian path leads down to Elvira where you will find a supermarket to the right, a little further to Calle Colon is a Carrefoure Express. As everyone says--the views from the terrace are superb and we spent many hours enjoying it. Plaza Nueva is at your doorstep and a taxi from main bus station was less than 10euro but do check they are prepared to drive along the small lane or just get one to Plaza Nueva and it`s not too far with your luggage but uphill. Food and drink everywhere you look!

The apartment is in the middle of the old centre of Granada, next to the Arabic quarter, great spot.
The apartment itself is comfortable, it only is a pity the shower is on the living room floor instead of the sleeping room floor.
Very enjoyable stay though.

The whole process was made very easy by Rosa y Victoria and the apartment is well equipped, clean and very close to everything we wanted to see especially the Alhambra complex of which there are lovely views from the balcony. It was good to relax in the sunshine there and enjoy a night cap before bed. Look no further for a place to stay amazing and I don’t say that very often.

Fabulous stay
The property was exactly as advertised and was very comfortable. We were easily able to walk everywhere, including the Alhambra, Mirador San Nicholas, and to restaurants and shopping. The views from the property are stunning and the balcony was a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast with a view to the Alhambra.

Greatest Place in Granada
First of all, Victoria was amazing. Because she knew we were celebrating our 25th anniversary on our trip, she greeted us with a bottle of champagne. She then answered any questions we had about where stores were located, best places to check out, etc. The pictures don’t do justice the balcony. With fountain. And retractable awning. And view of the Alhambra to die for. The Alhambra at night is gorgeous—and you can see it from bed. We can’t recommend this rental or Victoria highly enough.
