There was nothing to like about the property as I was made to return from the reception. Nothing. I was travelling from overseas. I had a connecting flight via Delhi. It got late, and when I reached the hotel, they denied me a room, saying that I didn't call them after booking. I booked it through booking.com, and it was prepaid. It was already a long day, and I was sleep-deprived. They also said that booking.com, doesn't matter. We don't request them for customers. I don't know what that means.

I didn't get a chance to stay at their place.

Pathetic place to stay , staff is not trained and they don't give the invoice on check out .Room AC doesn't work .

I didn’t like anything.

Too costly. Not worth for money. Breakfast was not good and not worth for the money. Beds were stained and no complementary utilities. Lift will be turned on upon request even if it’s day time.

Location is closer to tech parks

I was moved to a different property as this property got flooded. The other property was OK. I was given a room at the 4th floor, no lift (climbing up and down multiple times a day). The room was OK. Felt it was a bit costly for the price vs amenities provided.

Booked some given other facilities with v few amneties .Raining time water was leaking inside room.No fridge ,no proper plugs so many to say and they charged heavily also for 2 days .
