Without question this apartment proved to be the very best accommodation of its kind I have ever used. To describe it in normal terms just would not do it justice. It was truly excellent. Minute attention to every detail had obviously been paid with high end equipment offered throughout. The location was also first class with an easy five to ten minute stroll needed to any part of the centre and only seventy five metres from the nearest tram stop. An absolute dream to stay in an apartment which simply could not be faulted. So, would I recommend to friends? I have already done so and loved both the apartment itself and Zagreb so much I plan to return.
The only downside was we had to leave. I could happily have lived there.

We liked very much Pavisha`s place! It was warm, cozy, very stylish decorated and very well-equipped with anything that one can need when is on a vacation. The apartment is located in the heart of the city, very close to all sites, facing one of the best parks in the Lower city. There is a secured place for parking the car as well. The owners are very hospitable, down to earth people who helped us with various pieces of advise where to go and what is worth-seeing in Zagreb. We will for sure book this property again once we go back to Zagreb.
We have no complaints, everything was wonderful and exceeded our expectations.

Better than pictures: spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean, great amenities and location with free secure parking. Dario the host was very prompt with responses and was willing to let us check in early. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

The apartment met all our expectations - it is only five minutes walking distance from the very center of Zagreb (Petar Preradović Square/Flower Square and Ban Jelačić Square) but in a very quiet and sunny position and has the added bonus of free private parking. The apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished and is very comfortable. Dario could not have been more helpful, warm and considerate host, ready to meet every requirement with a smile and to make useful suggestions. This is a real gem and we would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful apartment, very clean, well maintained and decorated which really gives you that “home away from home” feeling. Wifi connection was great, and there’s Netflix available for guests. The location is just perfect, 5 minute walk to the heart of the city’s entertainment area filled with bars, pubs and restaurants. The owner is very friendly and welcoming (left us a complimentary bottle of wine) and speaks excellent english.
While the property has a parking space, getting in and out is a real pain, through a very narrow passage. I would recommend finding a paid parking space near by, but if you don’t, follow the host’s instruction on how to enter from the street, and enter VERY slowly through the passage.
