Loud at night

This property was INFESTED with LARGE ROACHES. We found and had to kill over 6 roaches in about a 20 minute period - they were running all over the kitchen, on the countertops, in the refrigerator, in the cabinets, and in the coffee machine. It was the most DISGUSTING experience, I am certain there would have been more had we stayed longer, as they continued to emerge as we packed our belongings and left. When we tried contacting the manager, they offered us complimentary coffee as a means to solve the problem, and hung up on us when we asked for a refund. I would recommend staying elsewhere - there are much cleaner and nicer places in San Pedro.

LOVED the suite, it was just like the pictures. Great location, super clean and very comfortable. I would stay here every time!

The entrance is a little dark and unkept.

The apartment is centrally located. The view from the balcony would be great if you could use the balcony. But it's very loud with power tools in use and you might get mop water dumped on you from the Restaurant / Club from the level above as happened to my wife.

Noise from the construction 10 feet below and 8 feet beside is intolerable. Non-stop. The noise at night actually isn't that bad unless they have live music or it's karaoke night. Then it's comically loud until the club closes. WiFi didn't work half the time we were there. 'Sofa-bed' doesn't pull out. It's 5 feet by 18 inches. Carpenters say construction will be ongoing into 2023.

Spacious and clean room containing all facilities that make your stay comfortable. Especially if you are looking for fun, nice bars and good restaurants this is the place to stay. Also the manager is a really friendly and helpful guy.

Lake front view. Nice and clean place, easy to deal with, personnel. Walking distance to restaurants and souvenir shops.

Difficulty to access the property by car and the fact that you have to park your vehicle remotely. Driving around the city is a caos. I would recommend everyone to leave your vehicle at a city with easier access, leave your vehicle there and take a boat to the apartment. Transportation via tuc tucs and tour buses is available at reasonable price .

We had a great experience at San Pedro Suites down to its: excellent location, stunning views onto the lake, easy to collect keys and check-in, lots of bars/ restaurants close by, excellent WiFi (the best we have had in Guatemala so far!) The apartment itself is clean, modern new furniture, comfortable beds and good cooking facilities. I left something behind when I checked out and the host was so easy to contact and organized the item to return to me safely to Antigua the following day.
