Great location and very nice room with balcony. The room was cleaned every day, even if we didn't put out the 'make up our room' sign which was great. Good breakfast choices. Free coffee and water was great too.

If you're a couple with a significant amount of luggage, you might find the double room a bit small.

Booked 2 nights. And stayed for another 6 nights what can I say 1. Great location with a village atmosphere. Very quiet at night yet very accessible to walk yo the night market, alms giving, cafes and its even close to the bamboo bridge so the other side. 2. Cleaniness: very no. New towels every very clean. Hot water and all provided. 3.Value: definitely a bargain with simple yet delicious ala carte breakfast.

Not the fault but staff speak little English, but its ok as I dont expect people younderstand me all the time. We are travelling to a foreign land and English is not their main language. Go to bigger hotels if u want an english speaking staff. But we love it here.

Great clean guesthouse, good value with a friendly owner and tasty breakfast. Location is good, roughly 5 minute walk to the UNESCO part of Luang Prabang and the night market in ejther directions.

Nothing. Nitpick: the configuration of the bathroom in the single room was a bit odd with the fixed toilet paper 180 degrees behind the toilet.

The lady at the front desk was so lovely & accommodating! She did our laundry and booked all tours and transfers for us. The room was cleaned and we got new towels daily. It only takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the centre with the market and restaurants. This makes it a quiet and peaceful location. The breakfast was good. Overall I would recommend this hotel and if we ever visit Luang Prabang we will definitely stay here.

The wifi hardly ever worked. It would turn off and on and even if it says you have full bars nothing would load.

The services was excellent . Property in the central, a little bit far away from the night market, but just few minutes walk long Namkhan river to night market I love it because the staffs here are nice and friendly, they make me feel like home . We must back to this hotel for next year Thank you so much

This hotel is convenient to walk everywhere. Close to the Namkhan river Phousi hill also nearby The staff so super nice and helpful Room was clean, large and comfortable bed. Highly recommend this place to everyone, will be back again.

We enjoyed a lot, the room is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is very quite. Luang Prabang is a small city but locals use tuktuk and motorbikes, which makes a lot of noise even at night. Can't imagine a sound sleep in some houses alongside main street. Rest assured! You can relax here, and the tourist stops are quite near, too!

What an experience! The staff was good and the place well situated. The breakfast ok. The place it's not very clean. Our arrival was very bad, no body was there, then our room was occupied. So we took the last room that was left. On the next day, he try (the Owner) to set us up in the room that we really booked. When we got in it, the room was good but not the one we booked. So we discuss with the owner and manage to have an arrangement, we appreciate what he's done. Otherwise, the surrounding is not very good and noisy, bars with life music up to 1 am. So we were not very happy about the all thing. We do not recommend to stay there.

The Villa ist OK, but it is not worth the price, there are better and cheaper hotels around.
