Location and location only.

The air conditioning was not working at all in the bedroom and they knew it from the very beginning even if they acted like they didn't. They put a fan for circulating the literally hot air since there were 40 degrees outside and also inside, the bedroom is upstairs and anybody knows that hot air goes up. The managers of the apartment claimed there was not such big a problem and invited me to enjoy the other 2 units downstairs 2 that... worked. (They worked like nonstop highest speed at lowest temperature... the space downstairs had an acceptable temperature when you came back from the city.) Well, someone has to go back to school and study some physics to find that actually they could not help at all for the atmosohere upstairs. The a.c. unit was "bandaged" with scotch tape, from who knows when. So sleep was terrible if any. If you think you can sleep with windows open, well... think again. There are no insect nets and also being in the city center there is a constant big noise, lije breaking glass at all times till morning, so this is definitely not an option. They lied to me they would send a technician, after insisting that the unit simply needs some time to start working - they actually had the nerve to ask me days after: oh, is it still not working?!? Big surprise! I also showed them photos of yellow traces of dried urine underneath the toilet seat, that smelled really bad... nothing on this side to. I have to state my deepest disappointment in this apartment, otherwise very well located... too bad they have this management. So, for the travellers wondering if it is worth staying there... think twice. Maybe only if you are alone or a couple, let's say you could sleep on the couch downstairs. Which btw is awful, metal pieces on all sides of a thin matress. Also, the curtain from the door to the balcony hanged down loose - see photos.

The apartment is truly outstanding and exceptionally well-appointed. The balcony and room offer unparalleled views that cannot be beaten. Its ideal location manages to be both peaceful and serene despite being in the heart of everything. We wholeheartedly recommend it without any reservations, and undoubtedly, we will choose this apartment again for our next visit to Bologna.

The blinds in the bedroom don’t keep out the light well and really need to be black out blinds.

the property smelt really bad the mattress on the bed was awful and created a u bend on in the middle we paid 500 a night to stay here and had to check out 2 nights early with no refund . the pull out bed was worse than the ned so it wasn’t suitable

balcony is facing north and never sun. lots of noise from the street. I could only sleep with earplugs

Location was excellent. Very good wifi and Netflix available as well!

Bad smell coming from the bathroom probably from the drains as it is an old building. staircase to the upper floor a bit steep but not a problem for us but might be for an older person or a problem with his movements.

The apartment is excellent, the location is fantastic. We recommend without hesitation, and we will certainly return to this apartment the next time we visit Bologna.
