O quarto e o banheiro são muito espaçosos, o chuveiro é ótimo.
Infelizmente o centro do Rio de Janeiro está muito degradado e o entorno do hotel não nos dá segurança.

It was close to the consulate, which was the purpose of our visit. The amenities were nice.
It felt a little old, the air conditioning wasn’t working super well.

As instalações seguem o padrão da rede Windsor, ou seja, sabemos exatamente o que esperar de uma acomodação standard: bom chuveiro, ar condicionado, boa roupas de cama e bom atendimento. Os funcionários são o diferencial nesta unidade da rede na Senador Dantas no centro.
A cobrança, ou melhor, o bloqueio de um valor de segurança no cartão de crédito para possíveis consumos que o hóspede venha omitir. Acho uma prática um pouco grosseira, mesmo sabendo que a mesma será restituída no check-out.

Se o quarto do lado tomar banho, você não dorme de jeito nenhum. Ouve absolutamente tudo que o quarto do lado faz. Wi-Fi impossível de trabalhar, sinal muito fraco. Prédio alto com apenas um elevador funcionando, por ficar perto do centro, a recepção acaba pegando o cheiro da rua que é bem forte e incômodo

Café da manhã muito bom, boa localização, boa aparência, funcionários educados, guardou bagagem antes e depois da estadia para aproveitarmos mais do centro do Rio, a cobertura tem uma bela vista, serve bons lanches.
Isolamento acústico horrível no quarto que fiquei. Ouvimos vários barulhos altos que pareciam vindos dos encanamentos quando outros hóspedes usavam chuveiro ou davam descarga. No meio da madrugada acordei com barulho irritante vindo das paredes. A iluminação do quarto poderia ser melhor.

I brought food because I didn't eat my whole lunch, and I ask the Hotel to warm up my food, which they did. But I asked to borrow a fork and they wanted to charge me for using the fork.
And the personal didnt speak good english so it was difficult to understand them.
The area is not very safe. You have to move on uber or taxi.

The property was very clean, close to metro, and close to attractions. The staff was so lovely! Especially Mattheus! He is able to speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese so he was very very helpful with all questions we had of the hotel and of what was around in Rio. Almost all staff spoke 2 languages which is great if you don’t speak a lot of Portuguese! Great breakfast buffets, very sweet ladies in charge of cleaning service, and very comfortable patio with an amazing view! Price was good for a week stay! Would definitely come back :)
One thing is that check in was later than anticipated by 2 hours due to high volume of people, but I understand there is limitations on what the receptionists could do.

Location was in a dangerous part of town, breakfast was fine, view was rubbish. Staff on reception were unhelpful and quite rude. Didn’t seem to know a lot about their city.
Receptionist friendlier,better local knowledge. Restaurant staff quite rude not all but some. Left a week early due to being mugged and beaten up wasn’t offered any money back or any kind of advice from the hotel when this happened. It was a Scottish friend who took us to the police

a problem for all downtown hotels are the homeless sleeping on the sidewalks. I did not encounter any hostile behavior!
