The owners where super nice. They made me feel extremely comfortable. There young son was so well mannered. This is perfect place to stay and the location is idea for a short comfortable walk to marina and all the action. I give this place a 5 star rating. I am normally very tight with rating however, the cleanliness and warm hospitality did it for me. Thank you again guys.

There are so many great things to say about Donjuan By Melida Hotel. The management is AMAZING! The husband and wife team live on-site and are there to help with anything we needed. They shared local restaurants for us to try that were less touristy.
The location was FANTASTIC. If you plan to visit Cabo and want to hang around the Marina area, it is just a very short walk away.
If you want to chill after walking around all day, the outdoor pool is very well-heated. There is also a shared fridge, microwave, and BBQ out near the pool.
The rooms are really nice. The beds were super comfy, and the large TV on the wall had Netflix. The shower had excellent water pressure and HOT water.

The location is close to everything in Cabo San Lucas. The hotel owners are always available to give good tips about the best places to eat around town. The rooms were super clean and definitely were a deal. This place is perfect for guys traveling alone in Cabo.
The hot water in the shower works occasionally, but that is the case for most places in Mexico if you are not staying at a resort.

You get what you pay for. Very clean, comfortable bed, huge tv (Sky). Not an overpriced luxury resort but good value for money. Very convenient location, just a few blocks away from the busy streets of downtown Cabo, and within walking distance to the beaches of Medano and Solmar (Lovers‘ Beach, just a short climb away). Didn‘t use the small pool, but other people did. Lovely Mexican-style restaurant for breakfast (and dinner) just across the street (Doña Lolita). Helpful and friendly propietor. Would stay there again.

This is a family owned and run hotel, and I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere run by nicer people. They were friendly, helpful, and just made everything a joy. It's amazingly located- you're only a block from the Cabo main drag, but the street is quiet and safe. They had street parking set aside, the AC worked perfectly, and the bed was more comfortable than my own. I will absolutely be staying here again next time I'm in town.

Arrived late at night and had reserved late and still allowed us to choose our rooms.The flexibility to accommodate our party of 9 was amazing due to the short notice.The customer service exceeded our expectations.Extremely helpful in showing us the in and outs of town.Very personalized service for our needs.We strongly recommend this Hotel for families.The location is prime ,has accessibility for everything within walking distance.Shopping,Marina,high end and mom and pop restaurants.The host is excellent and extremely attentive.

I came here after I was separated from my group and only had a few nights to spend prior to going back to the US. I had looked up affordable hotels in the area and thought Donjuan looked both reasonably priced and well-located. As others mention, the staff here are absolutely superb. Yenny and Omar will help you with literally anything you need or want. I'm a big guy so I was very pleased with the King bed and Cool AC. While my stay was short, I would recommend to those considering.
Not that it's really a downside but having a fridge in each unit would seal the deal. That said, there is a communal fridge that can be used.

Super clean establishment where pride of ownership shows everywhere. Very polite and hospitable owners made sure I had everything I needed. Location was walkable to everything!

Initial welcome was good and wifi was fine.
Room was dingy and the ventilation was not great for the bathroom. I was only staying one day and was glad for that.
There was no vibe in the hotel and i don't think there was anyone at the receiption desk.
No breakfast was included which would have been nice,

The owners are very friendly and are doing their best to create a quality hotel. The location was excellent, in the heart of Cabo.
The room wasn't ready for prime time. There was a single outlet (owner brought in an extension cord). The room seemed very stark and un-finished. No amenities at all.

Great location. Super nice staff. Rooms are small and property is under renovation but if you like cruise ship cabins you will love this place. Walking distance to nearly everything in downtown Cabo
