Nagyon kényelmes ház, jó medencével, fantasztikus helyen. Közel két gyönyörű strand, nagyon jó étkezdék, csöndes, nyugodt, természetközeli.

Nehéz volt megtalálni a helyet.

Not much. The pool was the highlight only because everything else was so poor. the pictures are from years ago & the place is in poor condition

WHERE DO I START! PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING The staff were very hard to contact prior to arrival. The living room has 1 fan. The kitchen has no fan. Before we arrived we went to Rawai fresh seafood markets & bought seafood to cook at the villa on arrival. When cooking, the kitchen is extremely hot. You could open the back door to get some air flow, but the door has no fly screen & mosquitos & bugs flew inside. You had to sit at the couch to get any breeze from the fan. Even sitting at the dining table was hot. BBQ provided but no Heat Beads to use. If you wanted to use you have to go to Makro to buy beads & lighter? The oven has no racks/shelves for placing food on to cook! The only air conditioning was in the bedrooms, as stated. The bedroom smelt musky and when air con running, the smell increased. I use a CPAP machine when sleeping & had to replace the filter when I left, as the smell was still coming through my machine. The fan in the bedroom only ran with the light on? This made it very hot & as you are paying extra for the electricity, it was a double failure. The security box could not be locked as wiring broken & no batteries! There was no toiletries as described in the advertisement. There was no tea towel to wipe your dishes after washing in sink as there is no dishwasher! There was no hand towel to wipe your hands at the vanity after washing your hands "WITH YOUR OWN SOAP". All the hooks to hang your towels in the bathroom were snapped off. The vanity &/or toilet leaked water onto the bathroom floor. After bringing it to the managements attention, they asked if a maintenance guy could attend to fix it. I said sure. He arrived 30 minutes later. He had to go and get a part. He arrived 2.5 hours later. Replaced the part & so we could not use vanity for 2 hours. After repairs there was no water under vanity but water still leaked behind toilet. There is an outside shower which does not work.

Good villa layout, size, pool and facilities. Great location close to Ya Nui beach. Quiet area off main roads but still close to Rawai beach. Convenience store within walking distance

Some maintenance items overlooked which may not have been known about. All advised to staff to rectify. Toilet water ran constantly which is served by a pump meaning pump ran constany. Electricity is charged in addition to accommodation which meant charge would be higher because of pump

Lovely private pool with a quiet neighborhood. It was a fantastic time with friends there. Close to market, seafood, Promthep cape viewpoint. 4 bedrooms were very suitable with our group. We loved it when it's rain outside and we were drinking and talking inside. So much fun!!

We found a jackfruit floating in our swimming pool lol
