Das Frühstück war im Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht angemessen. Kein Kaffeeautomat oder ähnliches. Der Kaffee stand in einer großen Thermoskanne da, die alle Gäste im ganzen Frühstücksraum teilen mussten - keine Auswahl zwischen Espresso, Cappuccino, Milchkaffee.

Nice big room. Good breakfast options. Loved that it was so close to the train station. Comfy beds.

A little dusty. Elevator is really old and rickety was scary to get on it. Not great views from window. When checking in the receptionist was quite rude but checking out we had a different one which was nicer.

Ther is nothing spesial I liket or didn’t like. This hotel is just OK through and through. Our bedroom was the smalest I have been in, our friends room that was beside ours whas like a whole condo. But they probaple payed more than us. Everything was OK, and it was not to excspensive. Good restraurants close by.

Room was very clean. Breakfast was very good. The colation was very good.

There was no fridge in the room. In summer water needs to be cool. We had to drink warm water . Breakfeast was very good, but were shortage of cakes. The elevator was narrow.

The location was good and near the station. The single room was silent in spite of a noisy street. The room was clean but had no clear escape for fire rescue.

By arrival, the staff was not welcoming, neither friendly. I had the impression they were not motivated or happy doing what they do. I could not get a lunch pack instead of breakfast in spite of having asked several times, both in speaking and writing (my message was never answered). This room costs way too much for what you get. The location does not make up for that.

The location was good, ideally placed for station. Room was clean and spacious. The bathroom and shower were pretty clean and good size.

We booked a double room for a weeks stay for our anniversary but got two single beds pushed together, which the mattresses kept slipping off with any movement, with single duvets. We had to ask about the safe before we were given the key, not mentioned at check in (€20 deposit required which was returned when key handed back). Minimal information provided at check in apart from breakfast times. The wardrobe was very small for a weeks stay and had a broken shelf which collapsed further during our stay, minimal other storage provided. Hairdryer in bathroom had melted nozzle, didn’t feel safe using. TV provided small. Shower good size but took quite a while to warm up. No tea or coffee facilities provided in room. Room was quite warm but when we opened window to cool could hear air conditioning unit from the adjacent theatre and bottles being thrown into bins. Breakfast same every morning, quality and selection ok and always topped up but got fed up of scrambled egg every day. Some of the staff were very friendly but more were dismissive and uncommunicative. The decor in the hotel was really dated and facilities were very basic.

No water heater, no coffee machine, no fridge, no AC. The cost for night is high without all these Amenities.

I didn’t like anything about the property other than its close location to the main railway station. The room was very small. The shower was tiny and with a shower curtain, really? The hotel is old but not in a good way, and tired. This hotel is not recommended.

Location, it is right opposite to Hauptbahnhof

Breakfast is too basic. And, guests have to handover their keys at the reception before leaving the hotel

beds and pillows were not comfortable. there are a lot of outside noise in the area at night. price/performance ratio was not good.

The rooms were small compared to other city centre rooms we had in other German cities on the same trip. Breakfast is NOT served in the hotel even when included in the room rate. For this you have to visit a different hotel. We had two rooms booked on the same booking but were allocated different hotels for breakfast! We were given breakfast in the same hotel after complaining and asking them to apply common sense! We wanted to stay be the main station for an easy getaway the following morning but the hotel we had for breakfast took us in the other direction and defeated the point of trying to be near to the main station. This should/could have been mentioned on their booking page.
