the room size and view of our junior suite , the location was great for the beach and restaurants

it should and could be amazing , but it needs a major face lift / make over. the room was ok but could be made exceptional , the downstairs dinning and breakfast areas really looked poor.

Good location close to the beach, a 25 min walk from Zapallar. The pool is nice.

Room was tiny and had a portable air conditioning unit that didn’t work so we woke up multiple times in the night very hot. The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy so made it difficult to sleep. they have an app instead of room keys which is annoying for international travellers who might not be on the wifi. Check in took a really long time because of this. There was no lift for our heavy suitcases. The breakfast was awful — some croissants and bread and then a fruit platter, not much else. There were never any staff around to serve us drinks. There were no towels around the pool. I wouldn’t stay here again, there seemed to be better options in Zapallar.

The wifi didn’t work in the rooms. Maybe a bit too expensive.

The property is fantastic, very classy and tasteful decor, the staff is very friendly and efficient. it is a beautiful location. The breakfast was excellent and Javiera’s service outstanding. We shall go back

Worst time ever. Dirty bathrooms, overused towels, no heater. We had to sleep on our clothes in a shivering cold. All we got from the manager was a: "sorry, it's hard to find good staff in this times after COVID-19". Don't even think to eat the unfrozed food they serve in their restaurant. Luckyly we found a really nice place nearby - "Casa Wilson" 100% recommended. Worst anyversary night, ever. And we had to pay anyway.

There was a clogued sink in the bathroom, the smell in the room was unbearable. Had to keep windows open and mosquitoes eat me for lunch. We had to sleep in our clothes and robes in a shivering cold. We had to close the windows because of the low temperature, bearing with the sewer smell. They didn't turn on the heat even after asking.
