The proximity to where i needed to be at.

Overpriced for what the hotel offers. The room phone was not working in the room, even after reporting no one bothered to fix it. The shower head did not work well. The cleaning staff just folded wet towels, instead of at least hanging them to dry ( if its about saving water). Tea bags and milk where not replaced in the room the next day. Breakfast- ordered omlettes which very badly made. Basically we were under whelmed. Not really impressed. Only the location was the saving grace.

The food was lovely

The reception. Wow the people are really so so uninviting. Didn’t ask my name just gave my key. They were really so so sullen. Really would make me not return. They literally didn’t respond at all to me. Very disappointing. My room -c3 - clearly had an issue with the pressure valve in the water. Every 5 minutes it came on. I told reception in the morning. I doubt they told anyone. They just stared at me.

Absolutely gorgeous views, the breakfast was very nice - place was honestly value for money. It was very nice and pretty close to stunning cafes if you don't want to eat at their restaurant and a BONUS - not once did our son say he's bored, the trampoline was amazing.

The only weird part was how the TV was not connected to the WIFI so you couldn't watch Netflix even though they have smart TVs.

The tranquility, friendly and respectful staff; Jabu and Thobeka were awesome. The food was also great.

1. The jacuzzi was not working and we were not advised as the time of booking. 2. The decorative flowers around the fountain infront of the reception were removed on Sunday and we checked out on Monday… are they only there for weekends? not nice as we wanted to take photos on Monday morning… 3. The entrance to the hiking trail needs attention, dirty and too muddy for a hot day like it was on Saturday. the rest of the trail was beautiful.

The room was great and the food was good.

The staff are poorly trained all the way up to the manager, I was appalled at how sneaky the front office staff are.The house keeping department advised reception that a glass was broken which was not the case, we where billed to pay for something we didn't break and when confronted,the manager and staff became defensive and rude. Also I paid for breakfast for a child under 12 and when I advised the manager that front office staff confirmed that we don't have to pay for breakfast for a child under 12, she denied and and insisted we pay.

I like the fact that you guys cared about our comfort and paid attention to the small details.

They should consider to decorate the rooms more.

The staff were amazing and friendly. They are always willing to help. The views were amazing!! Definitely social media photos worthy.

There are a few minor touch ups needed like walls need waterproofing especially in restaurant and deck needs varnishing but not anything major.

Beautiful room and setting and staff are very friendly.

There seemed to be skeletal staff on hand. Minor things like number of towels left in room ( only one on arrival despite booking for 2 adults and 2 children) and we had to ask for towels during our stay. we also tried to use the jacuzzi but we’re not informed that 6-8 hours heating time was required. Even after making the booking no one checked that the jacuzzi was heated and working. we had to cancel the reservation for the jacuzzi.

the scenery was fabulous

Amazing views, beautiful garden, friendly staff, generous food portions. It was such a wonderful experience!
