Location of the property is just right on the beach. So quite and relaxing place that we are keep coming back 3rd time. Food as always lovely and fresh.

Excellent location close to the beach and promenade. Great bus connections to Alcudia, Palma and the airport.
The hotel was very pleasant with spacious room and bathroom. Downstairs of the hotel (lobby, restaurant, pool area, gym) looks newly refurbished. The food was excellent with variety of options. Fantastic waiting service. There was enough sunbeds by the pool at any time of the day (in June). We loved the hot tub.
There are new TV in the rooms but when we stayed there, there was no connection to Neftlix yet (we were told that this was being resolved). It would be helpful if there was (v.) on the plaques with name of the dishes in the restaurant for vegetarian options.

location, clean and sea view
Firstly I visit the island every year to cycle in cycling season and I bring my bike. At reception I was told I could not take my bike to the room and it would have to be locked in a room by reception. I refused to leave my bike in the room due to its value and the fact it appeared that the hotel is not willing to take responsibility should bikes go missing. The hotel needs to put up a clear policy regarding bikes on there website. The only reason I spent 4 nights here was I could not get the additional 4 nights at the hotel I always stay at as this is a hotel geared towards cyclists the Dunes clearly is not.
Secondly the food, my first night I went to dinner at 8pm and some hot food had obviously been sitting for an hour and was cold so I made a choice to make sure I went to both breakfast and dinner when the restaurants opened for service as the food was fresh and hot.

Very pesant and quite aparhotel. Evrything is there for your stay.
This is our second visit in Dunnes Platja. We stayed this time a bit longer. Staff friendly and kind. Food lovely. Can't say more. All was good.

+ The size of the room is right for a family with two children.
+ The room overall is clean.
+ The staff are friendly.
+ The hotel is close to everthing but quiet.
- The breakfast has many choices, but the quality is average. And many of them are either not fresh nor healthy.
- The room is equipped at a basic level. There is no oven.
- The heavy dining chairs in the room is the main disturbance - it is from the people above you everyday in the early morning.
- The staff seems not very well with English.
- The swimming pool is closed at 8pm - a bit too early for the hot summer.

Location is exellent, 3min by foot to next big supermarket (not the small overpriced tourist traps). Beach is in front of the building and everything else is just max 5min by foot.
Big rooms, good quality.
The best thing was the food! Super good selection at the buffet for breakfast and dinner, everybody will find something, even as Vegetarian it was no problem, heck even a vegan would be fine. Great great value.

This is a great hotel with an extremely good position at the start of the Can Pacifort beach, with only 50 m walk from the beach, rooms are spacious, clean, spotless, room service, with clean linen, towels, and amenities , and a small kitchenette with working appliances, good size bathroom, spotless, nice shower, and close by shops and amenities. Very close to the town centre of Can Pacifort and the beach. Location is excellent.

Very close parking, off street free parking. If you are planning for a holiday with visiting other places in Mallorca, I recommend renting a car

Everything as described. The hotel is as described near the beach and you can see the sea from your room.
Rooms were cleaned every day.
Water in the whirlpool was quite cold.

Location was great.
I paid for a room which I could not enjoy because when we tried to cook, the kitchen did not work and staff made us pick up all of out stuff (alone, no help) and go to another room that was completely different (worse). Furthermore, they gave us a wrong number for calling the reception; facilities such as spa and gym were wet all the time, etc. And of course, we did not recieve any kind of reward. Not to mention that when we first arrived they asked us if we had already paid and I said yes (I did) but she did not even proove it.

The pool was very clean and warm, beach is very close to the hotel.
Meals were very tasty, and various.
Rooms were clean, and very spacious with a nice balcony.
The staff was very helpful and nice, the only bad thing is that sometimes there were no-one at the reception desk, but I realize during the pandemic there might be shortage in hotel staff.

- it happened twice that someone parked his car near the hotel and started loud music after midnight. That was very disturbing.
