Manager by phone. Was ordered one extra bed for child. 19 .00 when arrived, for us was promised , that it will be ready asap. 01.00 in night after 5 calls , we got answer- no extra bed, and its your problem. Be aware of places like this.

Room size and cleanliness.

Stressful mobile phone-guided check-in experience, despite the fact that we made a reservation and payment five hours before our arrival. There are no options for drinks, coffee, or meals during the evening. The entrance to the room is via the open-air balcony.

The self-check-in and communication with the apartment was very good. The room was extremely clean, but the carpet and curtains had something spilled on them. The bed was very comfortable and the accommodation was extremely quiet.

The wifi was not working, which is unacceptable in 2022. Someone had previously spilled wine on the carpet and curtains, which could have been replaced. A kettle would have been nice for a cup of tea, although we knew there was none in the accommodation. There is no door on the bathroom, which may be strange to some.

No reception service after 1pm on Saturday ,also no word mentioned about that on booking.com !!; , had to call to get code to enter hotel, called a few times till got an answer, since i am a tourist this stupid phone call cost me 20 euros

Ac don't work

Big room, very clean.

There was mentioned about parking place for vehicle, but really was not no parking place in paid area. Check-in is until 0:00, but I have met difficulties in 23:00 to check-in. Fortunately, the Austrians who stayed in this hotel came back and helped.

The room was clean and decent, nice view. The hotel is not far to bus station and it is close to a very dynamic area where you have many restaurants and shops.

We arrived late in the night and the person answering the phone to give us the code for the key was rude. Eventually, we made it work but definitely not a way to treat your customers no matter the hour. If you do not like to be disturbed at night then, you adjust your check-in times to the hours that suit you! Also, the air conditioning was slowly working, as it was an old one and on a very hot summer night, it was very difficult to sleep because it didn't help.

Unfortunately, the room was very hot as the AC wasn't working properly. We stayed in the roof room. That time were High Temperatures in Vienna, however the AC should been more efficient. Not a comfortable stay and the size of Tv was super mini.

I did book and they didn’t send me the pin code to enter the hotel and they refused to return back my money

Pure condition of the room, to old with black marks on walls, distroyed part of wall, smells like old stuff ((
