Fitness centre all machines are broken and it’s on the last floor with no air conditioning.

ARC Arenales Studios and Suites was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting Buenos Aires. It is removed from the hustle, bustle and grit of downtown and provided a comfortable place to rest our heads at night. There are plenty of excellent dining options, nearby, as well as grocery stores to keep the cupboard stocked. The customer service provided by the on site manager and 24 hours security was appreciated.

While the rooms is spotless clean, it’s not particularly cozy. There is no pad or mattress protector between the sheets and mattress; it would be better if they added one. The bath towels are skimpy- just be prepared.

Wonderful staff who went above and beyond to help us out when needed. Very comfortable rooms and we were upgraded. Lots of space. Decent location in Recoleta.

Quiet area, Great size rooms, 2 big screen TV's, nice kitchen, A/C worked great, very clean, huge balcony but no view... electric key card to gain entry

Location was residential, a little walk to shops & restaurants. But not too far. There was no staff, just a doorman non-english speaking, so you had a room, but are basically on your own. Dark halls with those euro-style motion sensor lights.

Modern, well equipped (amenities, hair dryer, even iron & board), very clean and neat. Good location close to subte and bus stops but still quiet street.

Grumpy personnel, minor shortcomings like TV remote control batteries old (?), bathroom door squeeking (needs oil), backyard view not very pleasant. Swimming pool was without water part of the time.

It is a very clean and spacious apartment with a full kitchen and large refrigerator. We bought fresh homemade pasta from Mas Pasta nearby and prepared it in our kitchen. It was so delicious! The location is very convenient to walk around Palermo and Recoleta. We enjoyed nearby restaurants - Norte, El Preferido, Kentucky for empanadas, flan, La Aquada (cash only) and our favorite - La Querencia! This apartment was reasonably priced and excellent value! Diego responds to every request in a timely and courteous manner.

I like to have more towels: 2 hand towels, 2 large bath towels, and a floor towel for each of us. One hand towel to wipe the bathroom countertop. One bath towel for my hair and one for body. I prefer not having maid service everyday, but more towels should be available.
