Located within a secure walled garden and pool area, plenty of secure parking. Garden of mature trees. Balcony/terrace front and rear with sunbeds. Comfortable beds and sofa. Good size smart TV and WiFi. Hosts Daniel and his wife were lovely. Would definitely stay again if in the area

Some dog barking in the evenings, but you get that pretty much everywhere.

it was a lovely Quinta converted from an old orphanage. completely fenced in and gated, but absolutely walkable into beautiful Alvor and to the amazing beaches. modern and clean!! with wonderful animals that stayed in our apartment with us! (kitty and elder dog🥰)

Really lovely appt brilliantly situated,5mins from the old town and 10mins from the beach. We had everything we needed, two terraces and a garden with pool.

The little house accommodation was fantastic, excellent kitchen, living and bedroom areas. Two outdoor areas also! The pool was small but excellent. Location is perfect, 5 mins stroll from the high street and 15 mins walk to the beach. Would highly recommend

Lovely friendly hosts, location is excellent close to shops, beach, bars & restaurants. The property's are well maintained with everything you need. You don't need to leave the property if you don't wish as sunbeds & lovely grounds to sunbathe in.

Only 1 mirror which was in the bathroom , the window needed a roller blind as it was very hot when trying to dry hair using the mirror.

Quinta David has everything you need for your stay. Very close to the beach and the main town centre. Carina and Daniel are amazing hosts, very helpful and friendly. Just a fabulous place to stay and we can't wait to go back next year 😁

Excellent location. Washing machine a godsend. TV with Netflix very good. Very well equipped kitchen. Hosts good communication. Lovely to have some water and tea/coffee when we first arrived. No complaints at all.

There was a definite need for a 'house book' containing information such as Wi-Fi code and gate code, also maybe instructions for kitchen/laundry equipment. Maybe some more tourist information for those who are in the resort for the first time.

The accommodation was just perfect for us, and was in exceptional condition.It's location was close to shops,bars etc and yet in a very quiet setting .The host Daniel is a lovely and a great host.He visits everybody and checks to see we are ok. An outstanding holiday. We are hoping to return again soon.

We enjoyed staying in a property surrounded by a garden, with parking within the property, but still in walking distance to shops/ restaurants. Alvor boasts a wide selection of restaurants, we had great Japanese food at Omakase and a very good wood fired pizza at Peperoncino. There are of course also a lot of restaurants with local food, and although it was the end of November still many wete open. I can also recommend the bakery in town for great bread and pastries(or on the spot breakfast). The house had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The wifi was excellent, which for us was very important seeing that we are on a ‘workation’. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower had very good water pressure. We stayed in the ‘fig house’, looking at the building it’s on the right corner. There are two terraces to choose from. It was great to have a washer and a rack to dry our clothes. The host supplied some ‘starter essentials’ such as tea, coffee and bottled water. There is an intermarche with a good selection a 3 min walk away( in fact you can see it from the terrace). The hosts were very friendly and the communication via what’s app was easy. Apart from the first night, we were the only ones there and had the place pretty much to ourselves. We enjoyed being able to help ourselves to lemons/limes and grapefruit from the garden. Considering we stayed at the end of November, the days were nice but the nights are very cool. There was a airco/heater system that kept the place comfortable, however heat tends to go up, where the bedroom is, to keep the ground floor warm there was an extra portable heater. There are two adorable dog and cats on the property.

There are many dogs in the area and they barked a lot( not the dogs on the property) but it didn’t bother us.

Amazing little modern villa, set in a very pretty big garden, really close to town and a 5 minute walk to a supermarket and restaurants. The owners could not have been more helpful. We usually try somewhere new every year, but will definitely go back to Quinta David.

Excellent location, in a very quiet area and close to Alvor´s center. Very well-kept farm, with a good outdoor area and a pleasant garden to relax and enjoy the Algarve sun. Carina was an excellent hostess, always available to help us enjoy a great stay. The house is very comfortable, well equipped and decorated. It has a perfect east-west orientation, with 2 terraces, front and rear, so we had excelente sun exposure all day long.

We realy liked our stay at Quinta David! The appartment was perfect. The location was perfect, the city Alvor is a beautifull hidden spot of the Algarve.

Quinta David is such a lovely place to stay. Its private and very relaxing . You have space to relax inside and outside and the property was very comfortable . Its a home from home experience . The hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

We could not find fault in Quinta David as everything was perfect.

Lovely house, super well kept. Owner was available when needed but otherwise didn´t interfere and we had lots of privacy. The parking is super large. Pool is small but nice and enough for a refreshing dip after beach. Wifi was reasonable, could be a bit faster as some movies buffered. Bed was awesome and comfy. Kitchen and generally all facilities inside the home brand new. Perfect for a couple.

Wifi could have been a bit faster, but still worked. Can´t really think of anything else.
