Amazing and super spacious place, super friendly host!

The parking spot was a bit tricky, especially when arriving at night (but the host assisted me)

The host is super. His name is Miguel Angelo and he will help you in anyway possible to make your stay comfortable. Location is good and the facilities as well. It’s a dorm like setup but with good private rooms and some shared facilities.

The beds are good but contain some kind of memory foam which can make them a bit warm.

We liked the room, with a comfortable bed. The host was very helpful and friendly. They have a gallery with a beautiful view of the ocean and Sao Jorge island. Parking included inside the property.

Michelangelo is a great host, very helpful and friendly. The room was big and clean with great sea view. The hotel has a fully furnished kitchen for the guests to use and a fridge. Washing and drying machine available at payment. We recommend the place even if the location is not central has Madalena

Suggestion: make it more clear on the site that the kitchen facilities are shared. It was a bit confusing at first glance when looking at the amenity list.

Location and kindness of the host.

The view is amazing, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean, large, modern and comfortable. There is a private parking. The room are quite well isolated from other rooms.

Super short stay (arrive at midnight and left at 7am) but the place got everything we needed. A bed to sleep, self-check in, and a big enough room. Can't give a comment on how it is to spend more time in there, but for one-night sleep close to the airport (15 minutes) was all we needed.

All good. Parking is on the side of the road so got to be careful where you park, but no big deal as the island is super safe.

Great location with amazing views. Very friendly and helpful host. The kitchen was rather outdated, but had basic utensils.

No mosquito nets so you have to keep the windows closed, which was a big drawback for us :(

Easy communication with host

We had a main floor room and it was extremely humid (we stayed there second half of october). You could smell it just by entering the room and the towels wouldnt get dry after one day.

The host was really friendly and the view from the room was really good, but...

- There were many ants in the room, not just 1 or 2, more like on the 15 or 20, some on the floor, some on the bed and other on me. - There was a smell of wet dog in the room that I figured out came from the bed covers. - The window from the kitchen didn't work that good, as well as some light switches. - The bathroom had a very "humid" feeling. - Definitely too pricey (70€) for what we got, specially the ants, I would not recommend to anyone and I was very happy I only stayed for 1 day. P.S. The host was really friendly, but that can't change the rest of the experience, and I have a feeling this is a recurring situation at the place.

The Village was excellent, clean and comfortable with a great view to the sea and beautiful sunsets. There is a common kitchen with all necessary accessories and dinning room, where you can meet other guests from different parts of the World. The owner of the Village was always there to help us, give us some advices about places and tell us more about the history of Island.
