Very clean, well run hotel. Modern facilities, great staff. In particular sieka k and mayuko e were super responsive and helpful and patient. Very happy with my stay. I saw a few review comments on location - it's not prime but it's next to a subway stop, there are convenience stores everywhere and you're a few blocks from the imperial palace. Quite a neutral location so no complaints.

Everything was good. Oh, one male rexeptionist, when I asked him to help me cancel a restaurant reservation, said (almost verbatim) "ah, you can message the restaurant yourself" which was difficult because of language barriers. I assume he meant it in a nice way but it wasn't pleasant.

Housekeeping did a wonderful job daily in ensuring our room was clean and comfortable during our stay. The hotel offers a generous kit of vanity items and toiletries such as bath salts and heating/relaxing pads, along with complimentary drinks in the fridge. Having a kitchenette and a laundry facility was super convenient for our family of 4. Overall, would stay here again and will highly recommend to our friends and family.

The location was great and the room spacious immaculately clean and confident after the earthquake on the second evening that the building was very well constructed

The room was large and comfortable. The bed was very hard but surprisingly comfortable. Nespresso machine and green tea inside the room was a really nice touch. The mini fridge in the room also had water, beer, and tea free of charge. They also provide free travel items in the room in case you forget something (toothbrush, hair brush, razor, mouthwash, hair tie, bath salt, etc.). The bathtub was nice after a long day of walking around the city. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our last few nights here.

The location is a bit inconvenient for tourists wanting to experience the city. It is located near a metro stop, and depending on the line you are wanting to take, the walking distances can be substantial. The lounge offers very little food options which is disappointing because all of the hotel restaurants were fully booked.

Excellent rooms and service, close to restaurants, subway, and convenience stores. Bed was VERY firm (we loved it, but might not be for everyone), staff were always happy to assist with questions.

Kind of pricey, but good value. Breakfast in the restaurant was overpriced.

- Minor: View was not great (we looked at a highway wall)

Everything. Fantastic service. Staff went out of their way. Exceptionally clean. Close to train station. We had an amazing 5 days! Will definitely stay again.

Rooftop bar could allow access for kids until a certain time. We were keen to go there but could not because our kids were under 15.

good location for my work. quite. modern comfort and very clean. complimentary mini bar and Nespresso machine.

f&b offer very limited. gym facilities. internet need to be better. poor selection of international TV channels.

The service was the best i have ever experienced. But do not take the deluxe room if you are a light sleeper. The noise from the highway will wake you up.

The deluxe rooms are noisy at night from the highway.

This hotel was outstanding! The staff bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable. (They added several duvets to our beds when I let them know the beds were a little hard for our smushy American bodies). The laundry room in the basement was a big plus and the hotel was perfectly located. 20 mins away from any big attraction but quiet and nice to come back to at the end of a busy day. The hotel is beautifully appointed without being too formal, uptight, or ostentacious. We will absolutely stay here again on our next rrip to Japan.
