Close to mall.

I had a very bad check in experience at this hotel. It was noon and it was hot. No ac or fan at the reception. They make you sign and fill up form which I think is a total waste of time given that all the information is available in my reservation. Lastly, the girl receptionist who checked me in called me “Sir” im a transgender and I think the staff need to be trained how to use gender neutral pronouns and salutations to avoid customers getting upset. For the price I paid, its too expensive, old towels, squeeky bed. Not going back.

the property was ok. it was just the location of room assignment. i was assigned to a room so far away from the reception and near a stockroom

Location is good. We just love it because it is on the main road and further more just next to Robinson Mall. Good for lunch and dinner, shopping and ATM. Hotel did not provide electric jug and bottled water but they do have water dispenser situated on the same floor. Great!

Restaurant for breakfast is too small. It was set menu with cordial cold drink. No hot coffee/tea. Staff took long time to serve.

No Ice in facilities. Constantly getting nickled and dimed by caffe charging us for us. Its should come with room at these prices

Location is convenient for a 3 minute walk to the shopping mall for restaurants, groceries, and goods and taxi service. Staff are extremely kind and helpful. Location is at the city edge rather than in the middle of all the confusion and traffic.

Breakfast was poor, substandard, hair in my rice. Skip it, and wait for the shopping mall grocery store to open. Had to change rooms to get an air conditioner that worked.

Clean, comfortable and with AC. A good place for a stopover.

Room was excellent, shower and wash facilities excellent plus WiFi. Drinks station outside room very handy. Staff very friendly and helpful, excellent service

Location a bit away from town

Our go to hotel recently whenever we're in the city. We like that it's near Robinsons mall and Adventist Hospital. Money wise, I think the price is okay. They have water dispenser. 😁 They also have House of Thai, where you can order food and coffee (yay!).

The room (104) that we had well, we didn't like it compare to the previous one(125). The TV channels are few and reception is not good. Poor wifi in our area. The toilet seat in our bathroom is already broken. Ants are very fast in that room. 🤣

Pillows is comfy likewise with whole room. Bathroom has complete essentials like soap and shampoo.. They also have hot and cold shower. Aircon is fine too and super cold..

Good size of room, available water in the hall. Easy access to mall. Easy check in

A bit more complicated to get transport from property, since tricycles can't go on highway, they need to take often longer paths to get to city center for example. But to take normal MC taxi avoids this.

You're given what you expect. Everything is okay, not amazing but good enough. Staff are nice, there is a thai restaurant downstairs. It's jist next to Robinsons mall which is convenient. Hot and cold water dispensers around the hotel.

Far from the city center. Rooms are just basic. Issue with the door lock, but they transfered us to another room.
