Beautiful Blue Lobster Cottage in Summer Village! Reserve your 2025 week now!
Dieses Haus hat alles, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub mit einer großartigen Lage in der Gemeinde Summer Village beginnen. Es sichert mit viel Privatsphäre in den Wald und hat nur zwei weitere Häuser in seinem Cluster. Es liegt zentral in der Anlage handelt es sich bequem zu bekommen, um die Pools und allen anderen Annehmlichkeiten zu machen. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett und das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett mit einem großen Bett auf dem Boden und einem Twin an der Spitze. Es gibt auch zwei trundle Bett unter dem Etagenbett. Dieses Haus wurde erst vor kurzem gekauft und die neuen Besitzer haben einen guten Job zu aktualisieren, es getan. Das Äußere wurde frisch .Die Sonne Raumböden gemalt mit einem Hartholz-Look statt Teppich ersetzt. Es gibt einen neuen Speisesaal auf der Veranda gesetzt. Sie ersetzten auch den Fernseher und alle kleineren Gegenstände wie Lampen usw. Upgrades für 2019 sind ein neuer Flachbildfernseher im Hauptschlafzimmer, neue Töpfe und Pfannen, eine neue Keurig-Kaffeemaschine, ein neu gestrichenes zweites Schlafzimmer zum Aufhellen und Ersetzen von Jalousien sowie neue Handtuchhalter im Bad.

We had a great time for our week in Wells! The cottage was clean and nicely decorated. It was helpful that drawers and cabinets were labeled, so we could find everything we needed. The list of recommended restaurants and attractions was very helpful as well. Thanks for an awesome vacation!

We had a great week in Wells and our stay at the Blue Lobster. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the decor and coziness of the cottage. The resort had plenty for us to do- three pools, hot tub, game room and more. Sufficient room for 2 adults and a teenage boy. Highly recommend it for all who like the comforts of a resort.

The cottage was perfect for our family getaway and we loved the location! Within the cottage development, it was a short walk to the playground and to the family pool, which made it easy for spur of the moment decisions to go swimming. The cottage was centrally located within Wells with lots to do in the area. The cottage itself was very clean, we loved all the Maine decorations, and especially loved sitting around the big table in the porch area for our meals. The property manager/host was very communicative and responsive. We are already looking forward to our next trip!

The home is part of a gated resort of about 300 identical homes. This one seems more private than most as it backs up to woods. The place is comfortable, clean and well-equipped and the community is very quiet and convenient to many local attractions, beaches, and restaurants. The local area has a lot to enjoy, though parking near the beach and in Ogunquit is limited and pay lots are expensive.

We’ve stayed at Kathleen‘s properties on several occasions and she is a consummate professional. The check in process was streamlined and the house was perfect. We had a great time and we will be back!

Girls getaway
We had a wonderful time in Wells, ME. The location was perfect for sightseeing. We visited Kennebunkport, Nubbles Lighthouse, Ogunquit beach, Wells beach, Perkins cove and so many more shops in between. We ate Lobster 🦞 every day and night. Going to Maine and eating Lobster was #1 on my mom's bucket list. My dad passed away in April of this year 2021, so this was a much needed vacation.

Best Vacation Ever
It was amazing—the property well kept. Our cottage was so clean and there was nothing we needed. The decor was nice and relaxing. Any questions we had were answered quickly. And we were provided with an amazing amount of information about recommendations for eating and visiting. The property was so quiet and we loved the location of our cottage. We had wonderful neighbors who also gave us a lot of suggestions of what to do😊

Wonderful Cottage
The cottage was just as pictured and included so many great little details such as coffee pods, games, books, even outlet covers for our newly walking baby. The unit was very clean and everything was in great condition. The weather was hot and humid during our August stay but there were multiple fans in each room as well as the a/c unit in the living room which easily cooled the entire unit. The location within the resort is perfect, very close to one of the pools and yet set back and private. Our friends rented a cottage down the hill in the same complex so it was fun to meet them at the beach (Drakes Island was our favorite) or the pool for dinner in the evenings. This is a great spot for a pandemic friendly trip with family or friends.

Cute, beachie, and perfect for relaxation!
Loved this property! Everything we needed was there!! The pictures are a great representation of the cottage interior and exterior. The owners also provided thoughtful "extras" like umbrellas, beach towels, and a well-stocked pantry with first night kitchen essentials like spices, salt, sugar, etc. My husband and I felt like the location was well suited for us. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. The cottage is located in a group of 3 that backs up to the woods. It is shady and a great place to read and drink morning coffee. The two things we liked best about the Summer Village resort were the heated adult pool/hot tub area as well as the convenience of the resort trolley. We have been coming to Wells for the past 20 years and this is our favorite place out of the many places we've stayed in the past. We hope to return next year.

Wonderful stay
My husband and I stayed here with another couple in our family. This property was in a great location, with a little more privacy than some of the other cottages. The house was perfect, and felt more than comfortable for us 4. Outdoor amenities (pools/games/courts) were all close enough to walk to, but it was nice that the trolley ran through the resort often and we were able to hop on. We were pleased with the ease of check-in, and the communication with the property manager. We really enjoyed our stay, and felt it was a great location in Maine (close to Ogunquit/Kennebunkport & only 30 min trip to Portland). We all agreed that we will plan to come back!

Blue Lobster Heaven
Beautiful cottage. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. Absolutely loved the property. All three pools in 2-6 minutes walking distance (or you can take the property trolly). The cottage was tidy and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. I especially loved the Kurig coffee maker. The details and decorations were adorable. Easy and fast communication with the property manager.

An Excellent Property
My family and I loved our time at the Blue Lobster Cottage in the Summer Village Resort. It comfortably accommodated a party of five - two parents, two kiddos, and a grandma. All unanimously agreed that this cottage was perfect for us!
The cottage was very clean, well decorated and ideally located within the resort and with access to local beaches and village shopping (and ice cream). It was also very quiet at night. Its location in the resort is very private and tucked back into the trees and away from the road, which honestly wasn't very busy to begin with. We could open windows at night and enjoy cool breezes. The areas of Wells and Ogunquit can honestly get quite busy so it was nice to escape to the quiet of the resort.
We also appreciated the sunroom dining area that accommodated our party of five very comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with everything we'd forgotten and the laundry facilities in the cottage were incredibly useful.
The pools, playgrounds, etc. at the resort were very nice and easily accessible with the resort trolley but one could also walk to everything.
Overall, we had an excellent stay. We hope to make it a yearly tradition if we can. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Great experience
I’ve been vacationing in Maine for years and this was my first time renting a cottage. It did not disappoint! The cottage itself was equipped with everything one could possibly need. It was very clean, loved the decor, and the grounds of the small community were beautiful. It really was like being home away from home. I’m looking forward to renting again!!

The perfect little getaway!
My family and I had made a last minute decision to vacation in Maine. We had originally planned to vacation in Outer Banks, North Carolina but because of the hurricane our long awaited family vacation came to a screeching halt. I suggested to my husband we go to Maine since neither of us had been. My friend sent me the link to this app. We found The Blue Lobster and knew it was meant to be as my husband and children nicknamed my husband's truck The Blue Lobster when we first bought it. The cottage was everything we dreamed of and more. Very clean, well decorated, and we felt very welcomed. There even was a guide put together with a lot of details about everything we needed to know about the area around us for us to review. We loved being tucked away against a wooded area making it feel more private.
I'd recommend this to any one. Family, couple, small kids, big kids, you name it - it works! Thanks for a great stay!

The property is just beautiful! Summer Village is paradise!
We had a lovely stay at the Blue Lobster cottage. It had absolutely everything we needed! The proximity to the pool was great and I loved the privacy of the cul de sac... Plenty of room for my husband and my 2 daughters. So much to do in the area!!! Next year we will need 2 weeks!

The village was clean, accessible, had a good selection of activities, and had kind employees.
We absolutely loved it here! We are convinced that we got the best house on the property! It is clean, updated, comfortable, has a great location (centrally located between the two hubs of outdoor activity and has a beautiful view of the trees behind it), and just an easy place to be for our family of four (two small boys) to spend a week of respite. While we were not outside enjoying one of the family pools, playground, shuffleboard or bocce, we happily returned to our new home away from home where it was cozy, had everything we needed, and was simply an easy place to be. There was a selection of DVDs (and even one children’s VHS tape that our boys found so intriguing!), and we really enjoyed the games that were here waiting for us. There is a selection of adult and children’s books on the bookshelf as well as Lincoln Logs for the kids (and kids in us!). We had all of the dishes, utensils and cooking ware that we needed, there is a great grill outside, and cleaning and paper products were there waiting for us to help us start our stay (and, of course, to replenish before we leave!). It was decorated tastefully and had plenty of room for things we brought there (clothes, food, etc.). The Village is centrally located near a place that has go-carts, mini-golf, a maze and an arcade - fun for the whole family! It’s also super-close (within a mile or so) to a grocery store, a yummy NY-style pizza place, a movie theater with reclining seats, and a great local ice cream place with 72 flavors and plenty outdoor seating and space for the kids to run around! We really enjoyed our time here in Wells, enjoying both the city and the resort. Should we return to Maine (and our kids really want to come back!), we will definitely be staying here again.

Really adorable cabin on a nice resort property
We stayed for 4 nights after the busy summer season, so it was incredibly quiet during the weekdays and only a bit busier over the weekend. The 2 BR condo/cabin we stayed in was very clean and well decorated. It was my wife and I, plus our 2 and 7 year old daughters. The high ceilings were a nice surprise as it made the whole place look a lot bigger. It was a little dark only because the cabin backed up to the woods so it was in shade most of the day, but plenty of lights.
Everything was in working order, and there is even a Keurig with pods already there. The kids shared the lower bunk bed (which is a full size mattress). Shower was excellent with big shower head and good pressure. Kitchen was well equipped, but remember to bring things like sugar for your coffee.
Super vacation and we would stay here again

Loved this place! Location is perfect not only within private, safe, filled with amenities "Summer Village "(cottage is tucked away in small cul-de-sac), but in Wells as well. It's an easy drive to Portland,
, and Kennbunkport to the north as well as Ogunquit and York to the south!

Great cottage at Summer's Village
We truly enjoyed our stay again this summer at SV. This was our first time staying in this cottage, but definitely not our last! The cottage is clean, well equipped and ideally located in the village! We did appreciate the wifi in the cottage (and not just in the common areas of the village).
It was great to deal with Kathleen - she's extremely responsive!

The Blue Lobster has all of the charm of an older home, with all new updates and modern conveniences. The sunny colors and comfy beach decor surround you with that cozy feeling that makes Maine so special. This spacious cottage provided more than enough room for our family of four (three of whom are grown teenagers!) You will enjoy all of the comforts of your own home; full kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer, in a vacation destination.
The most beautiful beaches of southern Maine are very close, as are wonderful restaurants and fun amenities like shopping, putt putt golfing and of course, ice cream! The owners are true Maine lovers who have provided a comprehensive list of beaches, restaurants, and unique day trip experiences to help you plan your stay. You will have endless options for how to spend each sunny day! The Blue Lobster is the perfect spot to enjoy peace and quiet, or easily come and go to all of your favorite summer hot spots. This cottage is a treasure and you will want to return year after year!

Secluded cottage with all the amenities
We have vacationed at Summer Village for over 5 years. We love staying in this development as it is family oriented with lots of options for the kids. This cottage in particular will now be the one I choose first! Having stayed in multiple cottages, this cottage offered something most don't have which is an almost private setting since it is off to the side of the main road. Loved the location, and proximity to the main pool/playground area. The interior is great too. Clean, functional, great use of space, and lovely decor. Can't wait to come back next year!
