The family camp with very kindly welcomed all over. Everything is great. The staff is very helpful. i was solo traveler by own bike and it was great to stay with Rumis Desert camp. i did jeep safari on sand dunes sunset point. food was made by local Rajasthani style. The evening entertainment at the camp was fantastic, with traditional music and dance performances that showcased the vibrant culture of Rajasthan. The camp also offered various activities like camel rides and star gazing, providing a truly immersive desert experience. The accommodation was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a day of adventure.

very comfortable room with high quality service and good food the camp location is far way from crowds area and also did some activity also like jeep safari and quad bike and evening culture show program Rajasthani. The campsite offers a serene atmosphere, allowing guests to unwind and relax. The staff is attentive and ensures that all needs are met. The food served is delicious and prepared with utmost care. In addition to the comfortable accommodations, the camp also offers exciting activities such as jeep safaris and quad biking. These activities provide an adrenaline rush and allow guests to explore the beautiful surroundings. Furthermore, the evening culture show program showcases the vibrant Rajasthani culture, with traditional music and dance performances that leave guests mesmerized.

Very comfortable place, clean and wide rooms. Rooftop was the best. Fast wifi. 5 min walk from the fort and next to the stairs to a mountain top view point of the city.
The only thing i wasn't happy about was i was asked to pay 3500 for desert safari when the other five people in my group from different hotels paid 2000 and less. So make sure you check the price before you pay.

Ali is an amazing host, he has a big heart and fun stories. He picks you up from train station.
The hostel is really nice and cheap, and has and amazing rooftop. He also does safari trips which are great. We enjoyed so much our night in the desert.

Our stay at Rumi's was great. Really kind and smiley people. You have all the space you need in the room, bathroom is clean with hot water. The rooftop restaurant is a nice place for chilling and having good meals. All staff will do everything to make your stay at Jaisalmer the more comfortable it could be. Once again great and helpful staff. The price is really worthy. Highly recommended place.

Staff very kindly and attentive. Amed and other gay were very nice and lovely people, always helping the hosts. And the owners Ali and Haidy were very friendly and attentive also. The place is very very nice, the build is super nice with two rooftop and with very nice views. And the Safari Camel in the desert with Ayub's company driving the car, and sharing us some places in the way to the desert, was very attentive, friendly and funny also! A great experience in Rajasthan spent time under a billion' star sky. The camel man who cooked and bring the camels was so familiar and good heart person who cooked very well and show us his family and give us a Chai before came back to the hostel.
There was a lot of noisy on night in hostel because many marriages near it every day but it always ends earlier for lucky! It was very funny!

Rumi's Guest House is located near the market, but in a quiet street. The owner as well as the workers are very friendly and go out of the way to accommodate as per your requirement.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Both Ali and Amed helped us all through over stay there. Also, Roshan who helped us in dropping and picking us from our Desert Camp. The staff even let us put our luggage in the hotel for few hours even though our booking was from the next day.
The price of the hotel room (which might be high as I was staying there on Christmas Day) and facilities like lack of geyser for hot water are a downside. Hot water is supplied only during the morning from 7:30 AM (from a boiler even in 2022).

I arrived super early in the morning and let me check in and have a shower after my night bus. Room is super cheap and nice for the price. Super beautiful rooftop. Good location, few minutes walk from the fort and the main things to see.

Rumis home stay is value for money as it has the essential requirements for a comfortable stay. Moreover the behavior of Mr Ali and his team is exemplary. They are very polite ,accommodative and extremely helpful that one feels really at home in this place.
If I visit Jaisalmer again, I would choose to stay here without a doubt mainly because of the polite behavior of the staff

Super location and value for money. Rooftop is super cozy. Owner is very flexible and does everything in order to make the stay as good as possible, even pick up at train station free of charge! 10/10

Really friendly staff. clean room. nice rooftop area to chill + restaurant. close to the fort/city centre. they offer safari tours (1day, overnight…). luggage storage. we could take a shower after we came back from the safari even though we didn’t have a room. free pick up from the train station.

I loved staying there and the location was good.....walkable distance from main attractions. Don't miss the rooftop. Food was delicious and quantity was good. Ali bhai was very helpful and he did arrange camel safari and night stay in dunes. We checked in at around 4 am in the morning without any issue.
