The interior upkeep of the building is lacking. The apartment was quaint and in much better condition than the rest of the building. The apartment was comfortable and in a good location. Kitchen was small and could be better equipped.

Great host and a comfortable, quirky apartment. A perfect location for exploring Reims on our way back from the south of France.

The location of the property was perfect. It was located within walking distance of most of the main sights in Reims. Jo was very friendly and a wonderful host! The flat itself was perfect for two people and super cute, I would definitely stay again!

Our host was delightful: well organized, friendly, quick to respond… everything you could want in a host. We do not speak French and he speaks very little English yet we managed to communicate. Stay here

This spacious, first-floor apartment comes with secure parking (!), a well stocked kitchen, a great bed, and a thoughtful, congenial host. It’s only a few blocks from the cathedral and some stellar restaurants. It is well worth the money.

Excellent property, very central so able to walk to all the sights. Perfect communication with Jo who is lovely and welcoming. Parking space was a real bonus. Highly recommended.

Very close to the centre maybe a 5-6 minute walk, fantastic underground parking and very secure. The host was very helpful when we arrived and answered all our questions. Apartment is clean tidy and quaint, we loved it. We would definitely stay here again 10/10 from us.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay in Jo’s apartment. The location is excellent - 15 minute walk to Veuve Cliquot and Taittinger and a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral. The apartment was very cute, comfortable and well equipped and the secure parking right next door was amazing. Jo was excellent about providing all of the information we needed and sending helpful recommendations while we were there. It was really fantastic!!

The property is comfy and has everything we wanted. We needed a COVID test in order to return to the US but we're unable to find anything open on a Sunday. Jo came through with name and phone number of a pharmacy. We even had a medieval parade take place right outside our window. The secure parking next door was a nice touch.

Again a very pleasant stay at the appartement of mr. Jo Greiner. The appartement is located in the center of Reims. With a very tasteffull sixties vibe. Very clean, excellent parking in a closed parking box. Highly recommended.

Great location, able to walk to may of the sights within Reims. The covered, secure parking was wonderful. Jo does not speak English, but gestures and our translators on phones worked well. I would definitely recommend this place.

Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Il est très bien situé et nous avons pu nous rendre à pieds à la Cathédrale, sur le Campus de SciencesPo,... Il y a également un Carrefour Market juste à côté pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner dans l'appartement. Nous sommes venus à Reims en voiture et le parking sécurisé est vraiment pratique. Les échanges avant le séjour se sont très bien passés, ce qui est toujours rassurant, surtout lorsqu'il s'agit d'une première location. Et ce fut un plaisir de rencontrer le propriétaire en personne à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter.

The apartment is in a great location within walking distance of all the main sights in Reims. We loved the retro feel and decor of the apartment. It was well equipped and the bed is very comfortable...always a bonus! Also valuable to have a secure parking spot right next to the apartment in the cleanest and most artistic car park we’ve ever seen. Jo was a great host...we were able to converse with him in French and he was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a very charming apartment with lots of attention to detail in the decor. This outside of the building is deceiving. A private locked underground parking space is included but has some nighttime access restrictions. Our host, Jo, was very accommodating and we easily overcame the language barrier. Bed was very comfortable. Well located within short walk to the cathedral.

If you are taking a short break in Reims, look no further. Everything you could want, including free secure parking. 10 minutes walk to both City centre and Taittingers (do their tour - it is great). And a great host in Jo.

Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, etc. Apartment was nicely decorated, with comfortable bed and blackout blinds. Jo was very accommodating and provided maps and suggestions on attractions and restaurants, Would definitely recommend staying in this lovely apartment!

This property had great personality! Beautifully decorated, spacious and easy access to car parking right next door. We were met at the front of the car park and guided in to find the private parking spot and welcomed to the apartment. It was well positioned, about 500 m to the beautiful Notre Dame de Reims cathedral in one direction and the basilica St Remi 1 km in the other direction. Much interesting history to discover - Gallo Roman, first and Second World War. A great place to stay. Thank Jo.
