The property is environment friendly with refreshing air from the trees.

We availed extra bed, but the bed is not in good condition and have very thin mattress. It almost cost a thousand but didn’t serve effort in preparation. The coffee is not freshly brewed, I think it is reheated several times already.

We had two different kinds of experiences at Ted's. We loved Ted's Kitchen. Both our dinners and our breakfasts were really good.

The lodging was a different story. First, it took forever to check us in. The staff just didn't seem to be equipped or trained to check in customers. We had booked on Booking.com, which we have used many times before, and that proved to be a real problem with Ted's. Booking.com said that we were paying 50% upfront and would pay the rest at Ted's. The person at Ted's said that they don't get paid from Booking.com and we had to pay the full amount when we got there. Then the price they originally wanted to charge us was quite a bit higher than the price given on Booking.com. They also charged us a large booking fee that they said Booking.com charged. Does Booking.com charge large booking fees in the Philippines? I've never known them to do that in the United States or other ountries. On top of our registration hassles, there was no soap or shampoo in the room, and there was no WiFi in the rooms. We had to go to the restaurant to get WiFi, which was a big problem since we had a Zoom meeting at 7:30 a.m. with colleagues throughout the Philippines. We had to leave the meeting early when other customers entered the restaurant and we were served our breakfast. The rooms themselves were OK, but compared to other similarly priced hotels we have stayed at in the Philippines, they were pretty substandard. In other words, the rooms seemed to be overpriced.

The breakfast is so delicious especially the angus beef silog and chocolate cake. The room/villa concept and structure are awesome! #Pinagisipan

There is something wrong with the shower but it’s tollerable.

The location is accessible with ample parking space. The cabins were private and cozy.

Perhaps even a mini table at the patio would’ve been nice. An electric kettle would’ve been great too.

The food was nice.

They gave a different room from what I reserved. There is dead cockroach beside my bed. They didn't know what to do with me when I arrived. They said I didn't have any reservation.
