Garden View Apartment in the pretty village of Kingskerswell
Das Garden View befindet sich in idealer Lage zwischen dem Dartmoor National Park und der englischen Riviera in der Nähe von Newton Abbot. Von hier aus erreichen Sie bequem die wichtigsten Eisenbahn- und Autobahnnetze.
Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer Apfelscheune aus der Mitte des 18. Jahrhunderts, die in den 1960er Jahren zu einer Wohnunterkunft umgebaut wurde.
Das Apartment hat einige seiner ursprünglichen Steinelemente beibehalten, so dass es im Sommer kühl und im Winter gemütlich ist. In der Lounge befindet sich ein elektrischer Holzofen und in jedem Zimmer befindet sich eine Gaszentralheizung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und wurde zu einem hohen Standard renoviert und verfügt über alle Einrichtungen, um Ihren Aufenthalt so komfortabel und angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

The apartment is spacious and clean and had everything we needed during our stay. It overlooks a very pretty and well maintained garden and is situated in a very quaint village. The apartment is within walking distance of local amenities (shops, bus stops and restaurants) and is well situated to visit Torquay, Paignton and Brixham by car. We received a nice welcome from the owners alongside some tasty scones and jam. The apartment is in a very peaceful location and we enjoyed our visit. Thank you.

We've just got home after a great stay. We had a very busy week and the apartment was perfectly placed for us to get to all the places we needed to get to easily.

Lovely flat in South Devon
very clean and quiet flat, very well equipped and COVID-secure;
excellent information of local walks given; we especially recommend Haldon Forest Park
we enjoyed visiting Dartmoor and the Dart valley.

Lovely welcome pack with tea/coffee, cereal, milk, bread, butter and biscuits. Spotless throughout. Beautiful location which I imagine is even more beautiful when it's not pouring with rain! Lovely welcome from owners would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

Great apartment, very nice people. Everything you need plus a few extra unexpected treats such as cream tea and chocolates for Easter. I would say one thing and that is, the pictures do not do this apartment justice, it's much better than the pictures show. We will return.

Excellent property, ideal base to visit Devon
Very nice apartment everything you need and more, owners left welcome pack of essentials and Devon clotted cream, jam ands scones very nice. Apartment was clean warm and had all our needs covered, great information pack of attractions and local places to eat out, good WiFi, TV, radio plus well equipped kitchen.

We're so glad we discovered Garden View Apartment. We needed somewhere convenient when visiting an elderly relative in South Devon, and this is just the place: we had no hesitation in coming back here. So spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed to look after ourselves for a few days. The hosts' attention to detail is exemplary, so we felt we were having a holiday, not just on a visit of duty. Who needs hotels!

Outstanding accomadation quiet location
Wonderfully warm welcome, cream tea on arrival we stayed at Christmas and lounge was decorated with tree was a lovely thought. Very high standard of cleaning, everything you could possibly need for a stay away and more. Fine detention to detail very highly recommended will return again

Great apartment
The whole of this apartment has been finished to a high standard and there is ample room for two people. It was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The owners provided us with a cream tea on arrival and there were also some tea bags, coffee and sugar sachets, a carton of long-life milk, washing up liquid and sponge, and a full soap dispenser in the kitchen and bathroom. The owners themselves were very hospitable without being intrusive - a perfect combination.
