Warum wir? . 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung. Ideal für Paare, die eine ruhige Lage in Gehweite aller Annehmlichkeiten und der Altstadt suchen. Freundliche Briten im Ruhestand am Poolbereich. Sonnenterrasse 11 Uhr bis Sonnenuntergang im Sommer und wenig später im Winter. Ein großartiges Feature ist, dass morgens beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon keine Sonne scheint und nachmittags draußen zu sitzen und zu beobachten, wie die Sonne über den Bergen und dem Meer untergeht. Erstaunliche Sonnenuntergänge. Verfügt über ein großes Sofa, das sehr komfortabel ist. Voll klimatisiert für heiße Tage und kalte Nächte. Alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten, einschließlich begehbarer Dusche, Waschmaschine, neues 32-Zoll-Smart-High-Definition-Fernsehgerät mit englischen und irischen Kanälen, Mikrowelle, Safe, - zu Hause von zu Hause aus und sehr entspannend. Ich habe ein privates Internet installiert und die Kunden empfehlen Wi-Fi am besten, was sie auf der Insel hatten. Wunderschöne Aussicht vom Gemeinschaftspool auf die kleinen sonnengebleichten Häuser von Lanzarote und das Meer. Diese Wohnung wurde von einer britischen Dame, die 21 Jahre auf der Insel lebte, gemütlich gemacht. Sie liebten es und mochten besonders die Helligkeit der Wohnung und die frische Luft, die an heißen Tagen durch die beiden offenen Fenster strömte. (plus neue Klimaanlage) Das ist es, was uns auszeichnet. Die Lage ist sehr gut zwischen dem Hauptstrand (5 Minuten zu Fuß) und der Altstadt (10 Minuten zu Fuß). Es gibt 15 kleine Stufen, so dass man einen schönen Blick auf den Balkon auf die Berge und das Meer hat. Lassen Sie uns die ganze Arbeit erledigen und genießen Sie den Urlaub. Wichtig ist, dass ich 100 Meter entfernt bin, um bei Bedarf zur Verfügung zu stehen. Ich gebe den Gästen auch ein Willkommenspaket, das die Gäste nach langen Reisen mit Wasser, Wein, Saft, Tee und Kaffee lieben. Die Gäste mögen es so klein und gemütlich und nicht so schlimm wie die meisten Wohnungen. Überprüfen Sie die Bewertungen und buchen Sie. Ich lebe 100yds entfernt, wenn irgendwelche Probleme auftreten, also buchen Sie mit Zuversicht. Auch Sicherheit gut auf Komplex mit abgeschlossenem Komplex. Auch Pool sind in der Regel sehr ruhig, so dass keine Probleme, ein Bett zu bekommen

The location of Billy's apartment is ideal for access to both the Old town and the strip. The apartment also has two mini market shops close by and the larger Lidl supermarket within easy walking distance.
The amenities within the apartment itself include: air condition, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, walk in shower etc.
We particularly liked the balcony as it was private and not overlooked by any other properties which made it ideal for sun bathing in the afternoons when it caught the sun.
The swimming pool has several sun lounges and again has a private feel to it, should you wish to take a dip to cool off.

Communication was outstanding before during and after our stay
Very accommodating host nothing was too much trouble
The apartment was close enough to be able to walk to the beach and back yet far enough away from all the bars and noise of the strip with s handy shop just at the bottom of the complex
The pool was always nice and quite as was the air con

We had an excellent stay Billy's apartment it really was home from home everything you needed was there an more about 15 minutes from the main strip given how good the apartment was we would do it again also the pool was right next door an two minutes to a little supermarket was had all you need overall excellent stay billy was only a phone call away if we needed anything but given it was all there also the apartment was spotlessly clean great shower billy your a top man

Perfect little apartment
This was a nice sized apartment for a solo traveller and has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable! The aircon was a godsend for an Irish person who does not fair well in too much heat. Billy met me at the apartment, showed me around and made sure I knew how everything worked. He was always a text away (like when I locked myself out of the apartment on the second day) and super helpful. There was conveniently water and wine (and more) already in the fridge when I arrived which was a treat for someone as unorganised as me! Will definitely be returning to this apartment when visiting Puerto Del Carmen again!

Winter Break
Excellent communication with the friendly owner Billy, before and during our stay. Very short walk to the main beach and promenade/strip area. A local supermarket just metres away and a large Lidl 5-10 mins walk. Everything and more for your holiday in the apartment. TV and internet. Safety box.
Pool area nice and more than enough loungers.

Stayed with my fiancé for 10 nights late may/early June.
Billy was there to meet us and on hand if we needed anything and left a lovely welcome pack with essentials.
Shop downstairs with everything you need for day to day basics open until 11 pm each night.
The air conditioning was a welcomed surprise and one which we made use of.
Apartmentis small but cosy and has all the essentials in a good location between both old/new town. Quiet complex with both holiday makers and full time residents.
Looking forward to returning in the future

Perfect for 2!
We found the complex to be secure and peaceful - waking to birdsong. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything we might need for a truly comfortable stay, including the all important provisions - milk, water and wine! - for our first day. Communication with Billy was very easy and he made sure we had all we needed. Thank you!

Ideal cozy apartment
We have stayed in Puerto Del Carmen many times and in many different apartments.
This place had everything you need for a comfortable stay and was very clean.
Billy met us on arrival and was very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed about the TV and other items in the apartment.
The location of the apt is pretty good, the main strip & beach are about 5 mins walk downhill and the Harbour is about 15 mins walk.
We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this apartment.

Nice apartment with everything provided to make your stay perfect.
We arrived to be met by Lisa who showed us round the apt as billy was away but he called round the next morning to make sure all was ok ,there was a nice welcome paçk of milk water tea bags biscuits and wine provided by Billy ,which was well appreciated by us ,the apartment was very clean and had everything you need for a perfect holiday ,few nice wee touches like a toastie machine ,plenty of utensils if you feel like cooking instead of getting all dressed to go out for breakfast, the apartment and pool area was very quiet just nice to be able to chill out before going to the strip at night ,nice location few minutes walk to the shops bars and restaurants, any problems (not that we had any) then the owner billy lives just couple minutes away ,safe and secure apartment, plenty of constant hot water ,would recommend this apartment and would stay there again

It’s a fantastic apartment cosy but short of nothing. It was really comfortable, swimming pool nice some days we were the only ones around it, no fighting for best sunbeds Billy was very welcoming and helpful

Great location with all you need
Great position and central to everywhere but still quiet enough to get a good nights sleep.
Small apartment situated on a complex which appeared to be mixed holiday and residential. Well equipped with all you need for your holiday - plus more!
Billy the host was in contact prior to arrival with instructions and found the place with no problem. He was there to meet us on arrival and ran through the essentials plus TV instructions, plus a few items to welcome us.

Great apartment
From the moment we arrived when Billy was there to meet us we knew this would be a great stay, the apartment is exactly as described and the breeze flowing into the bedroom is brilliant.
It is ideally placed and so quiet, we virtually had the pool to ourselves for 2 weeks!! Pool is cleaned 3 times a week.
Supermarket at the bottom of the complex with everything you need.
The apartment feels more like a home than a holiday let with everything you need to have a great holiday with excellent views from both the balcony and the bedroom. Two fans keep the living room nice and cool. Billy kept in touch making sure everything was ok with the apartment which it was. The wi-fi in the apartment is the best we have experienced on the island, every tv channel provided so you can watch all your soaps or football if you want. We will definitely book this apartment again.

This as to have been the best Apt I have stayed in, The owner Billy was there to meet us at the Apt with a bottle of wine and a little food pack which was much appreciated. The apt was great, there is everything you could wish for i.e. cleaning materials, needles and cotton=, elastoplasts and this list could go on and on and on, and for people that like to watch TV, Billy as arranged it all, there is every channel you could wish for , the English channel;s corrie, emmerdale etc etc and BT Sport, Eurosport, Skysport and all the film channels, there is nothing you need in this Apt and it is l.ovely and clean, with sandwich maker, mini oven, too ring cooker and a mini oven and microwave and fridge/freezer, there is also a Communal swimming pool as well. you can sit on verandah for breakfast in the shade and then from 12.30 till 6.30 you can sunbathe on the verandah. The only downsides to these properties are the steps leading into the apts and the hills when comeing from the strip,but, its only 3 euros plus in a Taxi to the apts from most places, not too far from Lidl and other supermarkets and the strip is about 12 to 15 mins away. All in all, if you book this Apt I am sure you will return again, we had a great time

Wonderful apartment, great host!
We arrived mid morning, but Billy was more than happy to come and meet us so that we could get our holiday started, complete with a lovely welcome pack and plenty of advice on where to go and what to see/do.
The apartment is exactly as described - cosy and with all the mod cons. The balcony is indeed a little sun trap, and to watch the sun go down from it is a treat not to be missed. The complex has a lovely pool and is literally a stones throw from the beautiful main beach and a massive variety of restaurants. Could not recommend highly enough!

Apartment is perfectly located up a hill between old town and new town. Central to everything. Not a sun trap as surronding building shadow the balcony until 3-4 pm so never too warm inside
Lovely welcome pack on arrival so we had no shopping to do when we arrived. Very clean and tidy apartment with ab everything you would need. Airport transfers were very handy and local support for the apartment were on hand if needed. I'd recomend if you want a quiet but convienient location with everything on hand.

My wife and I stayed for a month, it is a lovely cosy clean quite place, very near the strip just a short walk to old town and beach, very good Spar shop near to apartment. Billy the owner sorted transport from airport and return to airport for very good price. We hope to stay there again soon.

Cosy, comfortable and convenient apartment within walking distance of both Old & New towns. Ideal for a couple. The balcony has a sea view and is a real sun trap. The owner is very accommodating re start/finish dates and we were able to take advantage of a full last day by having access to the apartment until late afternoon which was ideal as our return flight was not until 9.30pm.
