Location and views are amazing at this place! The AC units had trouble keeping up with the 108 degree temperatures, but overall everything worked out well. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Beautiful Alhambra views! Fantastic central location. Apartment was comfortable and quiet for our family of five. Kitchen supplies are adequate for takeout but not for cooking. A great home base to explore Granada!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment despite being there at the start of the Covid 19 sweep through Spain. The location can not be beat. Plaza Nuevo is a lively square and everything is central. The view of the Alhambra is so wonderful. Our only suggestions for the property manager would be to get some more coffee mugs since multiple people would likely stay in the apartment. Over all a top notch experience with a a wonderful apartment. Would for sure come back here.

Desde la ubicación, acceso cerca y fácil a todas las zonas de Granada. Parada de taxi a 50 m. Piso muy comfortable y con una gran terraza con vistas a l’Alhambra.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Emilia (property manager) was helpful and easy to reach when needed, which was greatly appreciated. The apartment is beautiful, was very clean and the view from the terrace is spectacular and as advertised and it is very nicely located just a few steps from Plaza Nueva and within easy walking distance to the main sights in Granada. However, we felt that the apartment needs a bit of attention at this point to justify a 5 star rating. Some of the kitchen appliances are outdated (e.g. the kettle should be replaced as it leaks, the towel holder in the master restroom is loose, the toilet paper holder in the main restroom is loose, the shower's drain is clogged, the coffee machine is past its expiry date, and some of the pots and pans should be replaced as well). Still a superb apartment though with a lovely and spacious living room and that amazing unforgettable view, but time to give it a little maintenance and love!

Beside being perfectly located at the foot of the Albaycin, this luxurious penthouse offers an exceptional view of the Alhambra. It is very clean and has everything needed to spend several days. A large and modern kitchen, a large, luminous and confortable living-room with adjacent dining room. The master bedroom is large with a huge bathroom and walking closet. The two other bedrooms are small, with single beds that can't be put together. The second bathroom is fine. The terrace is huge and offers a stunning view. We were welcomed by Carlos who was extremely nice and helpful.

Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement : grand appartement bien aménagé, confortable et bien situé dans la ville, terrasse magnifique, bon accueil. Toutefois, l'équipement de la cuisine, particulièrement la vaisselle et les verres, aurait avantage à être rafraîchi et complété. Malgré cet élément, nous recommandons sans hésitation cet appartement.

Good location adequately furnished

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a beautiful apartment and location. I would agree with other previous comments that everything is well thought out and beautifully presented but the kitchen doesn't have quite the same attention to detail re. crockery, glasses, cutlery etc. We would happily return for another vacation. Watching the sunset from the terrace while looking at the Alhambra cannot really be beaten.

This is a truly fabulous apartment in every sense. Firstly the location - it is just off one is the main squares which sits at the intersection the city. The area is full of excellent bars and restaurants - you are totally spoiled for choice. The historic Moorish Albaicin area is on your doorstep, and the Alhambra is a 20 minute walk through a lovely park. The apartment itself is stunning - large and beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need. The balcony is of course the highlight. We got up early to watch the sunrise over the mountains and the Alhambra, and enjoyed drinks late at night watching the Alhambra all lit up. It was magical. Genteel Home provided an excellent service. They recommended a local car park to us, and met us at the car park and took us the 10 minute walk to,the apartment. We would highly recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Granada.

Very clean and excellent accommodations with a view that rivals plaza st nichols. We ordered take out and enjoyed our view. Would love to see a few more essential kitchen items like more wine and casual glasses, sharp knives, coffee glasses etc. an easy fix. We had 5 adults and we had to re clean many of these items. All in all I would highly recommend this place

The view of this apartment is as advertised. Simply stunning. And it was so nice to be able to go out on the large, sunny patio in the mild weather. There is a comfortable couch and ample table in the living room, also with the great view. Bedrooms are comfortable, with very firm beds. Kitchen had very basic equipment, allowing for limited cooking, although only one burner of the stove worked. Location was very convenient to the Alhambra and other nice walks. Apartment was clean, though the building entry and hallways were less so.

Las vistas son increíbles, la Alhambra parece haber sido colocada frente a la terraza y a las ventanas del salón para deleite de quienes ocupan este piso. La ubicación absolutamente céntrica. El piso responde a la descripción y a las fotos. El encargado respondió con mucha diligencia a todas las necesidades que manifestamos durante una estancia de 5 días. Desde luego recomendable.
