It was in a great location and it was great for the kids - with a park on-site. The passes to the China Fleet Country Club were also a great addition - my kids loved the pool. The appliances all worked great. There was a washing machine and dryer which was useful.

The WiFi was non-existent, and we were unable to connect for the whole stay. The drainage in the showers was not great, and the shower in the main bathroom was basically inoperable. The cottage smelled a little of cigarette smoke.

we were welcomed to the comfortable, clean Elm cottage with a wonderful Xmas card, some delicious mince pies and our very own Xmas tree. thank-you to the Crylla Valley Cottage team for making this stay a very special one for our family!!

The hot water system is old tank base. Combi boiler can do better.

We had a good and clean cottage with a dedicated space for parking your car.

The carpets are a bit old but it is OK for a 3 or 4 night stay.

The property was perfect for our stay! Great location as we went to the MX Racing 6 mins away. The place is beautiful, enough room for us all. A lovely view and in a quiet area surrounded by trees. We will definitely be recommending this place to others and returning in the future.

the hot water went off 3 times during our stay

It was very comfortable and warm and perfect for the dog. The meadow walk was handy, the site was clean and tidy and safe. We enjoyed walking to the pub for chips. Proximity to Plymouth for work was handy. The bed was very comfy and the staff were lovely.

The ‘patio’ was a little disappointing, and not that useable.

The location was ok, not near a beach, and tge proximity to a major road made it noisy to sleep in the morning (at least in the front bedroom).

We had to pay for gas for the BBQ and kids' golf at China golf resort, we thought that would be free of charge.

Lovely cottages, spotlessly clean, very helpful receptionist and a good base for exploring Cornwall. All you could ask for.

Everything about the site was perfect, great for roaming around, with everything you need within walking distance or a 5 minute drive. The cottage and site was well equipped, clean, comfortable and well maintained. Helen and the staff were all really friendly and helpful, making us feel like nothing was too much trouble. A very dog friendly place to stay, our German Shepherd loved it.

The location was good and the surrounding grounds to the property are very well kept.

The property was very dated and tired inside. The furniture was uncomfortable and the dining table and chairs are only just about still standing. The bed creaked all the time disturbing our sleep every night.

We were self catering - but cooking facilities were excelent and we wanted for nothing - the BBQ was a great addition. The easy access to nice walks to take our dog was a great bonus. A perfect dog freindly holiday home.

There wasnt really anything we didnt like.

The accommodation was clean, well maintained & well kitted out ( toilet tissues, soap etc- small things but thoughtful. Helen on reception was very helpful & welcoming.

Would have preferred a normal bed instead of sofa bed for my teenager
