The staff were amazing. Everyone we spoke to tried to help us bar staff, waiting staff reception everyone was fantastic. Swimming pool was good perfect for an additional morning activity with a toodler. Parking was easy and convenient. Close and easy to get to from Legoland.

The hotel room wasn't 100% clean. There were hairs in the bathroom, a green stain on the side of a bed sheet (could gave been a stain on a clean sheet) and a toe nail on the floor.

Excellent location for our trip to Legoland. A good Choice of breakfast food on offer.

The hotel was extremely tired and badly in need of an update and modernisation. Poor quality of food on offer at breakfast and unclean facilities, for example, the drinks station and toaster were not clean. The room we stayed in 121 was very tired. The bathroom extremely old with a shower that didn’t work properly, old towels and yellowing stained tiles. The window in the room did not feel safe for my young children as it didn’t lock. I was also met by a very unhelpful receptionist who suggested that I move my car to the car park after arriving very late at night on my own with a sleeping baby and young child! Suggesting that I leave them alone to move the car! The help of a concierge would have been helpful.

Additional charges for parking and pool. Pool changing rooms need renovation. We went to local leisure centre after first trip. Bathroom was very dated. Beds not very comfortable.

Breakfast was the worst I’ve had in a hotel quality was very poor and some items were very overcooked. No choice of fruit and yogurt and the pastries on one of the mornings were hard.

The room was extremely comfortable and the staff were all extremely helpful and patient with ourselves and our elderly parents.

Considering the hotel was by a busy road they have done a fantastic job of making it an enjoyable setting. The carpark ceiling is extremely low ,if I had a large car I would feel very uncomfortable parking.

Excellent hotel but rooms way too warm. Tony on reception is your greatest asset, so friendly, helpful and great local knowledge.

I didn’t like the fact that the pool wasn’t included in our stay. And on the website it that the wording suggests that the kids pizza is free while it isn’t.

Room was just cold . Given a torn towel it was disgusting, I took a photo of that , why give old torn torn towels to guests?surely

Car park is difficult to access and multiple disclaimer signs indicate there is a security issue. Restaurant prices high - better to eat outside the hotel. Two separate guest altercations observed whilst there which were concerning

We were given a Free Upgrade for both rooms we had booked, we used this as a base and used taxis to go to Windsor for Dinner on Saturday Evening and left the car at the hotel on Sunday to visit Windsor Castle. The rooms were very spacious, very clean and had everything we needed including ironing Board. The staff were so helpful, polite and smiley !!

The night receptionist was very friendly and polite but very slow, at a very quiet time of night. Also didn't seem to know what to do when morning came and we wanted to go in the pool. He sent us to the leisure desk, to be told we had to go back to him to pay and get a booking card?

The welcome was pleasant and room service was great as I had travelled for 5Hrs and was tired, the thought of sitting in a busy restaurant was not something I found appealing. My hotel room was clean and facilities plentiful, A lit dressing table, Iron/Ironing board as well as a Flat screen TV with lots of choice.

My bed appeared to have a cheap mattress cover on which made me sweat and disrupted my sleep . The worst thing was the knocking and water drip sounds coming from what I guessed was the air conditioning unit? This really affected my sleep and meant I had an extra long day yesterday due to being so tired. I got down for breakfast at 8:30am and the food although under a bain-marie was cold

great location and staff extremely helpful. Remi restaurant manager was great with kids, reception staff really lovely 😊
