The apartment was so lovely, clean and very accessible. Perfect location for our appointment at the Hospital over the road.

The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. There is secure parking on site. The location is close to public transport, shops, restaurants and easy access to the city. This is our third stay and will definitely stay again in the future.

Great location almost next door to the Warringal hospital which I needed to attend, Austin hospital directly across the road. Management easy to contact, very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, well set out, spacious, comfortable, secure, everything we needed, a welcoming place to be.

The only drawback was needing to go out on the balcony to use the phone. Note that wi-fi was available.

The second night without noise..The apartment layout. ..Being opposite to Austin Hospital , easy access and a nice walk to the local shops . Public transport also if needed , every 15 minutes during the week and every half hour weekends.

The first night the excessive noise from the Emergency's re Ambulance throughout the evening to early hours!! The cost per night for (2 day ) stay was outrageous $220.00 per day * THERE ARE NO SERVICES ... YOU HAVE TO CLEAN THERE APARTMENT TOTALLY .. * WHAT REALLY ANNOYED MYSELF IS THAT AFTER BEING AT THE HOSPITAL ALL DAY WITH MY PARTNER THAT HAD OPEN HEART SURGERY ..I was there for up to 10 hours...and 6 hours every other day and very tired.. THAT YOU COME BACK TO CLEAN UP FROM THE LAST PEOPLE THAT WHERE THERE??? When I arrived I only had time to drop of my luggage , go down town to buy a few items for 2 days , then drop them back and go back to the hospital all within a very short time..On coming back that night to try and relax I turned on the stove light to prepare myself some dinner, to notice that the stove top was not good ( filthy ??? )And several other things that I do not wont to mention..At he end of the day I did not bother even cooking anything..At the end of the Day * Far to EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT !!! to be the owners cleaner !!! Would not recommend .."Disappointed". *When we travel overseas we have the best of service , clean and fresh , efficient and Full Breakfast for $190 for 2 (Euro)per night **** star... Australia accommodation owners really need to lift their game and attitude and Stop Blaming COVID.

Some hair was left on the bathroom floor and could have been vacuumed again before we arrived

Location was fantastic and property manager couldn't have been nicer

No phone reception (phone showing "emergency calls only). Coffee pod machine faulty. Chromecast (or smart TV) would have been good. Bed was firm and pillows were the same. Yep, that's it, trivial things.

The customer service was amazing. Apartment was lovely with garage parkimg and a great location. Perfect for our stay!
