Very professional and friendly staff! Mandala Ou feels like a little Oasis, quiet, well organised, with some really nice eye for detail. We enjoyed our stay a lot and even extended it for a day.

Nick and his colleague Kenny (and the rest of the staff) made is so welcome. The accommodation was really unique and lovely. Views over the pool and out to the river were amazing. We took a local boat up river to Muang Ngoi for a night, the help us to figure out how to do it and kept our large luggage whilst we took the trip. It was fab chatting to Nick (and his brother who was working locally) and Kenny, they made is feel a part of their lives for the few days we were there. Food was lovely, with real homemade sausages at breakfast and a wide range of Lao/Thai dishes as well as western stuff.

Lovely pool with georgous food. Staff were nice. Would recommend the hotel especially for families. We used bikes to get around

There wasn't any aircon in the rooms so can be quite hot. It's a bit away from main area - 15min walk but can use bikes to get around.
