our room was located beside the supplies/storage area so we could hear the noisy clanking of the doors each time the staff would go in which is fairly regular until midnight. dinner tables are by reservation and we were not informed upon check-in nor was it part of the reminders. good thing there was one table available inside the cafe.

The property was more than what I expected. The staff was great and helpful. I think it was very enjoyable for us because there was not a lot of people at the property and we had the pool and beach to ourselves most of the time we were there, hence it was from Sunday to Thursday but we enjoyed it a lot. The property was clean, we book a casita and it was really nice, clean and roomy. I love the staff, they were very kind and friendly.

You will see monkeys roaming around all day which got a little scary at times because there was at least 15 of them. Also the extra person charge was very high, it was 2000 pesos per night which was a lot. We book the casitas and we didnt even ask for an extra bed coz there was plenty of sofa space. It was very expensive so keep that in mind.

The food at the buffet table for breakfast was a little bit limited and nobody monitors the food if it needs to be replenished.

Place was imtimate. It wasn’t crowded. Pool water is clean. Staff were pleasant.

I like the place, it feels like exclusive accomodation, it's quite a medium size resort and it's not too crowded. The food is great. The staff are friendly and make sure you have everything you need. It's a bit pricey though but the room is quite large
