Absolutely amazing views! I would book again just for that alone. The unit itself is a little dated and just a couple minor deductions on cleanliness (carpet wasn't vacuumed thoroughly) but aside from that the unit had everything we needed for our stay to make it comfortable. The beach is steps away from the pool area. I loved that they had kiddie pools for toddlers/babies. Our children really enjoyed themselves. The host was accommodating to us needing a little longer to check out. Overall, great experience and there is so much to do in the area. Location is 10/10. But THOSE VIEWS! Do not hesitate and book your stay!

My family and I stayed here for a week during pur summer vacation. The location of the Ocean's One Condo was awesome. The best view from the top floor. I would recommend anyone looking for a nice place to stay with their family, friends, or children to book this room. It was in a great area and was very memorable for my daughters.

Location: GREAT!!- Convenience of everything around you, yet not overrun with people! The beach directly in front always had room for our set-up. The pools / decks were well maintained and again, not crowded! Walmart is under 10 minutes!
Condo Building: The elevators run as fast as they can! LOL! The hallways were well cared for and clean. Parking was GREAT- we never had an issue and had (2) vehicles.
Condo Unit: When suffering from excessive OCD, you understand that not everything will be the way in which you like it to be. I usually take a stroll of the unit upon arrival and notate any damages for the owner or issues with services they may be paying for because I like to ensure they know (being in real estate I know the cost to manage and clean units / homes). Overall, the unit was clean and well equipped for our stay!! Minor wear and tear here and there, but nothing that made you feel it was over used and in need of repair.
It is about time the unit gets a good paint - but at the salty beach setting, folks can understand that this aspect to a property gets worn quite quickly.
The owner does warn that if you leave the sliding doors open, even for a second, the humidity can cause damage to the walls - what they may wish to warn about is that on the 21st Floor, that humidity is enough to set the smoke alarm off even if the door is open for 2 minutes! SHEW!
Keeping the doors closed is a small price to pay for the view you receive here!

We stayed in this complex over the 4th of july for a dance competition with 4 other families renting separate condos. I would not classify this as a fabulous penthouse, as ours was the smallest of our friends. The complex was dirty and the elevators were especially dirty. There was a lot of smoking of cigarettes and pot on the decks. Other condos had groups of 20 or more in each condo and it was over crowded and trash piled up.I don’t think it was at all worth what I paid for this and our friends in other condos were also very disappointed The towels and sheets appeared new and were nice . The comforters need to be replaced .Just because this condo is on the 21st floor it should not be priced that high and classified as penthouse. The first day our whole group was rather upset at the condition of the condos and the complex and wish that we could have canceled and rebooked elsewhere

Just wanted to say wow what a amazing view had no problems with anything this condo is spectacular! 😍me and my family came down on the 23rd to 27th on memorial so day I have a 1 year old daughter learning to walk first time at the beach and she loved it and we all loved it condo was clean smelled clean had everything you would need to live off would definitely rent again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Perfect stay for me and my family only complaints i have are the elevators had major issues and being on the 21st floor waiting for a working one sometimes took 25 30 min.
And my family are gym rats so it was dissappinting to be told by the front desk that since we rented a private unit we were not allowed any access to and key card areas mainly the gym.
Other than those two thing my family had an amazing time!!

This visit met and exceeded our needs. We were in town for a cheer competition and wanted something close to the convention center but also offering off hours fun. Our condo was on the 27th floor (highest level) which was an amazing view of the beach and ocean. Was very clean, beds were comfortable, and was a nice place to stay at for the car show which was only a short drive. Very responsive host made sure I knew everything prior to arrival, even sent me a parking pass.
Traveled with two pre-teen kids and they loved it - even wanted to leave the amusement park to go back to the condo and chill for a couple of hours. Indoor pool was a big hit and waking up to spectacular sunrises was a bonus!

Very easy check-in process, very up-to-date with keypad and with communication with Janet. She was very polite and offered services as needed throughout the stay. Couldn't hardly beat the view being on the top floor. Everything was in close proximity and location was walking distance to food and entertainment. Would stay again.

This place was amazing! We stayed here for 6 days for a tournament and we were really happy with everything! The pools and lazy river were heated which was a huge plus with coming her in October. The condo itself was very clean and well-kept. The host was amazing with having everything ready for us when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again!

Good size condo with a great view of ocean. Great for small size family vacation. Has multiple heated pools for kids. Watch out for the raised threshold going to the balcony, could be a fall hazard. Guest bathroom tub drains a bit slow, and make sure to wait a second for the door to unlock after punch in the code. Overall minor flaws.

While laying at the pool, it’s obvious that many people (who clearly are not residents of the building) are coming into the pool area from the beach. They use the amenities with their families and/or friends, some for the entire day, then leave. Since there is no security lock on the pool gate, this is how they enter the pool area. Throughout our stay, the pools, jacuzzis and lazy river have been full of adults and children (sometimes fully clothed) making these areas difficult to enjoy and unappealing due to the cloudy water left behind.
From the pool area, ANYONE can then enter the lobby and have access to the elevators. This is extremely concerning and unsafe for us. We were under the impression that every area required a code. Safety is very important to us. Had we known that anyone could have access to your building, we would have made arrangements to stay at a building that actually implemented security instead of using codes for random areas rather than all areas.
Also noticed stains on some of the bedding as well as a very yellow stained extra pillow in one of the closet's.
Owner responded but blamed HOA and housekeeping and stated there are cameras and security. Never once saw security.

Janet is wonderful she answers every question you have fast and officially and she made our stay wonderful when we walked into the condo it was clean and beautiful the views from the 21st floor is the best views on the beach and oceans one is a beautiful Resort and I very much recommend you stay at this property my son was celebrating his 25th birthday it was me and my husband and him and his girlfriend we all had a blast you can see the flywheel from the balcony you can see everything going on on the beach and down at the pool the pools are great always kept clean I highly recommend just get away

I had to work so I arrived late, I had no issues with the electronic code and enjoyed the entire stay. The location of the condo is phenomenal. We rented a golf cart from a golf cart location beside the gas station on 3rd street. (walking distance) We found a lounge a block away a really enjoyed the vibe and service. The pool was so nice!! A large pool deck area with different areas to choose from when deciding where you want to lay, and it was so nice to have an assessable chair. The beach was so close, and I enjoyed the view from the master suite!!! The shower was refreshing to say the least, the water pressure was ideal to be on the top floor!!! The host was by far the easiest host I have ever worked with!! She was attentive, informative, transparent and friendly!! We will definitely be booking with her again on our next trip to Myrtle Beach!

We absolutely loved the space. It was clean and fresh when we arrived. Remember to bring towels for the pool/beach. There was even a Pack & Play for the little one. Even though we only stayed 3 nights, I wish it had been more. We found places downtown that we never would have known existed if we hadn't been staying in that area. The condo was lovely and the balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing. I even got several up close and personal photos of pelicans flying right by our balcony. It was very roomy for the 5 of us and we hope to stay there again in the future.

First, the good points. The condo was clean and centrally located. Great view. Janet was responsive, answering emails promptly.
Now for the not so good. The check in time is 4:00 p m. This is the check in time for everyone at the condominium. We arrived a few hours early but knew we couldn't check in until 4 so we went around the corner to eat lunch before heading back to check in. We arrived at 3:30 p.m. to find a huge cluster of people vying for the baggage carts. There were maybe 5 carts available for what seemed to be over 20 families waiting to move their stuff into their units. We were all out on the street with our piles of baggage, beach chairs, boxes of food and all sorts of vacation related items. Only 2 elevators were working and everyone in the queue was frustrated and tired. It took me 2 hours to get my things moved into my room.
It was ridiculous. Not neqrly enough carts or elevators. It's a 21 floor condominium so way too many people for so few elevators at check in time.
Also, dirty towels in the washing machine from the previous tenants. I washed and dried the towels...not really a big deal but still, I noticed it after just getting into the unit. I think I was just so tired and frustrated that it just hit me the wrong way.
One more thing. The kitchen is super small and the cooking pots and utensils could use an upgrade. No large bowls for mixing, no collander, no mixer, 1 casserole dish, no large bowls for eating. My 22 year old son eats large portions and the teeny bowls provided were inadequate. I'm thinking that it's not that difficult to provide a few extra kitchen items for families who are spending a lot of money for a vacation stay at this particular unit.
