Sillwood Road Minuten zu Fuß von überall in Brighton. Zu Fuß zu Hove, dem Strand, dem Stadtzentrum, Kemp Town, den Lanes und dem Bahnhof ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang.
Das Anwesen ist neu eingerichtet und über 5 Ebenen verteilt, mit großer offener Küche und Essbereich im Keller, der zu einer Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen führt. Dann im Erdgeschoss ein großes Wohnzimmer und Gäste-WC und Stauraum.
Dann führt nach oben, bis 5 Schlafzimmer, zwei en-suite Badezimmer, Gäste-WC und einem dritten Badezimmer auf der 2. Etage.
Das Anwesen hat einen Wow-Faktor von dem Moment an, wenn Sie durch die Tür gehen. Große Zimmer, hohe Decken, moderne und moderne Einrichtung. Ein Osten trifft sie westlich. Das werden Sie sich zuhause fühlen.
Der Strand ist 2 Minuten entfernt, also ganz in der Nähe um Spaß zu haben. Bars, Restaurants, Kinderspielplatz und Parks in der Nähe.
Auf der Rückseite des Grundstücks haben wir einen Außenbereich der Küche und eine Dachterrasse, die genutzt werden kann.

The house is beautiful and we couldn't have had a better stay. The kitchen is huge and equipped with everything you might need. The living room is really welcoming and the bedrooms are just as you see in the photos. What you can't see is how comfortable the beds are with premium linens, feather pillows and cosy, high quality duvets. Everywhere was also pristine clean.
The owner was there to welcome us when we arrived and to show us around etc. Waitrose and Sainsbury's are both at the top of the road and we were able to walk everywhere. We highly recommend staying here.

Fabulous stay in lovely house, very close to amenities and plenty of facilities in house. Loads of space for a family of 9.

Lovely warm welcome from Micheal when we arrived too.
Only 1 minor issue was it was advertised with roof terrace and bbq and neither available. Wouldn’t of been a problem but had ordered shopping with lots of bbq food.

The property was as advertised, very good and very well cleaned when we arrived. It is only about 200 yards to the beach and many local bars and restaurants. Overall a lovely place to stay and room enough for 5 adults and 4 children.

Monday to friday stay for a family group the house was in brilliant location to the front and all the restaurants. The house was clean and plenty of space for us all

Myself and my family rented this house for a long weekend as my sister was getting married in Brighton. The check in process was simple and Michael was super helpful with any questions we had. The large kitchen/ diner was a selling point and was where we spent most of our time from getting our hair done to family dinners. The beds were super comfy in every room and each room was clean and smelt amazing. The only downside was not being able to use the roof top terrace, we understood the reasoning why but that was part of the reason we chose that house and it wasn’t communicated to us until on the day.
We would recommend this house to anyone and we would definitely come back again if we had the chance!

Big spacious rooms, lots of bathrooms so our family of 9 didn’t feel like we were on top of each other at any point.
Michael the property manager was lovely and communication with the host was good.

What a smashing place to stay for conference at Brighton Centre - clean as a whistle.
Excellent kitchen diner, where the group spent most of our time together.

Lovely spacious property for 10 of us to share for my sisters hen weekend!! Walking distance to everything we needed in Brighton and kitchen nicely stocked with tea, coffee, sugar etc. Highly recommend.

We celebrated a milestone birthday with family and enjoyed this property and it’s location to all the local attractions.
The house had some minor issues (which were communicated to manager who was easily accessible) but nothing that impacted our stay and everyone in our party enjoyed their time

This house is fantastic our whole party absolutely loved it. The kitchen is great for a large get together and so well equipped, Comfy cozy lounge but enough seats for us all. Beds were super comfortable too. All in all we had a great new year break. Would definitely recommend and stay again,

The property is well equipped, well decorated, in a great location and comfortable for 8 adults. My only slight disappointment was the bathrooms don’t really match the standard of the rest of the house and hot water was a bit of an issue! Other than that it was excellent.

The house is beautiful, the location is absolutely perfect. Everything you could need is supplied and Tania is just a phone call or message away if you have any questions. My family’s stay there was wonderful and I don’t think they wanted to leave ! I would definitely book this house again.

Immaculately clean with a great kitchen that had everything you could possibly need.
Check in process was easy and we were able to enjoy a late check out due to no guests arriving that day.

We loved our weekend in Brighton! This house is perfectly located for city centre and the lanes, beach front and into Hove too!
House is great, we were a group of 12 and was concerned that even though the house holds that many we would be cramped but not at all it’s deceiving how big it is.
House and linen was very clean, super comfy duvets and mattresses felt like a hotel standard. Would highly recommend!

Lovely, well equipped house in great location.
The house was exactly as advertised. The beds were very comfortable and every room clean and well layed out. We spent most of our time in the kitchen/dining/terrace area as it was the coolest part of the house during the heatwave and a great social space. Brilliant location for exploring Brighton. Surrounded by shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants we were spoiled for choice. The lovely pebble beach is just a short walk away as is the Upside Down house and 360 Tower. Would highly recommend this property.

Cannot fault it
What a stunning place! Everything done to a very high standard, clean & just the perfect location! We couldn’t have asked for anything more, except getting rid of the seagulls……you’ll need ear plugs to drown them out!!! Michael the house manager was an absolute treat too, such a lovely, helpful & funny guy. Thank you so much

Great stay in lovely house and great location
Check-in was easy, the guy even helped put away our shopping delivery! The house is great, very good furbishing and decor, and exactly what we wanted (6 adults, 4 kids). Location very good, only about 300 yards to the beach, good local shops and restaurants and not far from the town centre, shops and the Lanes. Communication with the owners prior to arrival was very good. Overall a great place to stay for a family get-away - can't recommend it too highly!!

Hen party weekend
We stayed here to celebrate my daughters hen weekend and the central location was perfect. We arrived during a storm and Michael, the housekeeper, was very accommodating and helpful. Can not fault the cleanliness or facilities all which helped with the overall enjoyment of our weekend. Thank you to Tania for her quick reply’s to our enquiries

The property was in a nice location within a short walk to the beach.
The property was very well equipped and in a good location. The overall cleanliness was excellent and that was down to the property manager Michael. The only problem was the number of steps so wouldn't recommend to anyone with mobility problems.

First visit to Brighton
Our 2021 family holiday at Brighton did not disappoint... we all had a fabulous week with fabulous weather in a fabulous centrally located house.
The house was great for all of us, we tend to cook most of the week and the kitchen was well equipped. Cant fault the house to be honest.
Maybe constructive criticism.. id suggest in updating the terrace and roof terrace furniture as its a little tired. Would definitely return here though without doubt.
