Was looking for a convenient and homey place to stay for an impromptu trip to Maine and this location did not disappoint. Super close to all the attractions and a great place to hang out with the family and unwind.

We had a really great week in this cottage. The pool is incredible (and very close), the house really pleasant and well-equipped for the whole family for beach excursions as well as rainy days in. We really loved the hospitality and responsiveness of the hosts.

My sister, her teenage boys, and I enjoyed our stay at the cottage. We especially enjoyed the pickleball courts and access to a pool during our stay in Wells. The cottage had everything we were looking for.

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was well stocked with just about everything you could need. It was clean and a great size for a family of four. The extra living space on the enclosed porch was very nice to be able to spread out a bit. Proximity to pool/clubhouse is also very convenient, especially when traveling with children. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun in Wells
This cottage in Beach Dreams was very accommodating. Very clean and well stocked. Pool area was great, plenty of space for enjoyment. Lots of activities to enjoy I would recommend this rental for anyone looking to create lasting memories with your family.

Cute, comfy house and amazing owner
The house was clean and well suited for the three of us for this trip. The decorations and layout of the cottage were charming and inviting. The furniture and space itself was very comfortable.
The property owner was easy to reach and quick to respond to my messages. Beach Dreams community as a whole is a very nice and quiet community of cottages. I did not get a chance to check out the clubhouse, but the pool was great for the days where we didn't really want to drive to the beach (although it's a quick drive and most public parking lots have reasonable hourly rates). The staff were friendly and always met me with a smile and a wave.

Great trip!
This was a great place for my family. We not only liked the cottage but we also loved all of the amenities that the condominium property offered. While the cottage is small, we had plenty of room as a family of 5 which includes 3 small children. We were close to the pool and driving distance to many beaches. The owner was extremely helpful before and during our stay. We would certainly stay here again.

Compact but well stocked and beautiful bungalow near ogunquit
We had a great 3-night stay at our stay in Wells. We were 2 adults, 2 teens and 1 child. It was a little cramped but we knew that going in. That being said, it is a gorgeous cottage and we truly enjoyed our stay. The pool was open but you have to reserve your stay in advance by 1.5 hour increments. The cottage was stocked with the necessities. The grill was great and we enjoyed a nice bbq dinner one night. Grocery store (ShopRite) just a few minutes down the road.
The cottage is located a short drive from town and the beaches. We would definitely come again. This time with just me and my teenage daughter.

Great stay
The place was wonderful, clean, with all the utensils you need. The club house gave us a good services and Richard was really good answered the questions and our text for anything. The only thing I will recommend is change the Matress of the main room because it's a uncomfortable, otherwise I recommend the place and definitely I will come back with my Family because we have a really good time.

Great vacation at the cottage
The cottage was as described, clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Communication with Richard was great - he responded quickly to any questions we had. Beach dreams is a nice quiet community and the cottage is nestled by the woods offering privacy. Wells beach is beautiful and a short ride away along with many restaurants. We look forward to returning as we had a fantastic stay!

Perfect cottage for two
The cottage was clean, well-appointed, and decorated in a beach theme. The property had everything we needed in a small, efficient space. This unit was backed by trees which offered shade and some privacy, unlike a lot of cottages in the complex. We didn't take advantage of the on-site pools or recreation facilities, but they looked well-maintained from a quick glance. This is a good-sized home for two people to use as a base for exploring the area.

We absolutely loved our time here. The cottage is beautifully furnished with everything you may need for your stay. The property is close to everything while the cottage is in a nice area on Beach Dreams property with woods in the backyard allowing for more privacy than a lot of of cottages on site. Would highly recommend! We will be back!

Super stay in a great location
The cottage is well furnished, a lot of care has been paid to its lovely decoration. We were pleased with the cottage and Beach Dreams, it's quiet and the pool area is really good if you don't fancy the beach.
There's lots of great beaches and restaurants nearby, Maine has some gorgeous scenery and there are lots of things to do within a short drive - Wells is central.
We had one day with dull weather so we went shopping at Kittery.
I would return again to this property. Richard was very easy to deal with.

Great Vacation Location
The cottage was in a great location, well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The owner was helpful and always responded in a timely manner. Beaches, restaurants and stores were all within easy reach. The resort was well maintained and the pool was a definite bonus. We would definitely recommend this cottage.

Enjoyable place, all amenities there, and 5 minutes drive from beach. NIce and clean, and in a relaxing and resting environment (no party neighborood). Really great !

Nice, clean house
We were only here 3 nights, but we really enjoyed the house. It was very clean and well furnished. A comfortable and affordable place to stay, with close access to beaches, good restaurants, mini golf, whale watch tours, and more. The Beach Dreams staff was also very accommodating. Would stay here again.

Best cottage in Beach Dreams community!
We have stayed at many of the cottages in the Beach Dreams community and this is by far the best one. The quality of the linens, kitchen equipment and overall experience can't be beat. The location is great, since close to the Club House, but yet it is nicely tucked away from some of the other cottages. The decoration and furnishings are high-end. We will rent this one again for sure!

Fabulous Stay in Wells, Maine Cottage
Our visit to maine was made complete by this utterly charming, conveniently located coastal cottage.
It was as if we walked into our own vision of the perfect vacation home! Additionally, we found it to be beautifully decorated and well appointed. The wall colors and furniture invited us to relax and we found it easy to enjoy making memories with family.
While we've stayed at other coastal cottages, this is the one we'll return to again.

Quiet, Quaint and Cozy!
This is the perfect place to get away and relax. And have all the dinning and shopping experiences of Ogunquit with-in a short distance. We arrived not really knowing what to expect. The cottage was spotlessly clean. Freshly painted and decorated. Not your typical cottage with furniture from the basement. Everything we needed was there, from a wine bottle opener to towels for the pool.
It slept the 4 of us quite comfortably, and even had room for dinner for 8 on the porch. The community facilities were great. Retreated to the adults only pool on occasion to just sit and read. I say this is the one to rent! Looking forward to coming back with more family. But this one is mine!!! Thanks!

GREAT Getaway cottage.
Perfect cottage for a get away in Maine. Great location in the complex, affords privacy, yet close to the main pool and clubhouse. The 3 season porch is a real plus and we enjoyed the BBQ for outdoor grilling. Very well decorated as a beach cottage, very cute, clean and well equiped. Convenient location to the Ogunquit area as well. The owner was VERY accomodating to our time frames. I would highly recommend this for a great vacation location.
