The staff were kind

BED BUGS. Very dirty in room and common space. Found bed bugs and had to leave early.

Rooms were clean, shower was excellent and bed very comfortable x

We bought and paid all our food outside the facility

Some quests check in very late and making lots of noise .

Bed was comfy and bedding was clean

Wasn’t very clean else where unfortunately. Shower curtain had black mould on it, there was a cockroach in the room and the rest of the building was pretty rundown. Water from tap was also dirty and smelt, no hot water either. Picture shows the stain left behind on my toiletry bag after it got wet from water out of the tap. Outside was also very rough and not very nice to look at.

Fast efficient service.....Was on a work trip just needed a shower and bed....Big ups to the bro on reception no hassles!!!Checked in 5mins later in the room. They also got a good air con system AWESOME!!

Staff were pleasant

Rubbish still in cupboard and bathroom smelt like urine

We had space to relax, rest, shower and sleep. Before we carry-on with to next destination.

Hoped to make a cup of tea had a jug but no cups, tea bags or milk.
