Very kind staff, clean and very spacious room and perfect location, close to restaurants and other hotels.

Cheap and well located.

Very noisy. I mean the purpose of an hotel is to let you sleep well. This purpose was has not been fulfilled. People were very noisy till around midnight. Then, around 2 am, the guy from the front desk was doing a WhatsApp video call during hours and was speaking very loudly. He even ignored my wife when she told him to be quiet because we couldn't sleep. Early in the morning, staff speaking loudly again, watching videos etc. And I could also mention, insects in the room, bed sheets so thin you can see through, the parking which is just a single alley (will be nice when you have cars parked behind yours), the missing towels, the poor WiFi. But all of this was minor compared to the noise issue. Initially, I was about to say "good for one night" but it's not even true! If you want to try the "experience" don't forget your earplugs.

It was ok, nice rooms.

Near a dangerous park on the way to Marimba plaza. We had to take a taxi back.

They no respect my Reservation, somebody forget make mi Reservation, and when go to hotel no rooms disponible and send me another place, really bad place, peccato original, is the name, all the bed really bad and the place looks bad

no one speaks English. the worst part was to waking up with bed bug bites all over my body including my face and toes! do not recommend

Location, value for money, pleasant staff.

Great location near the center of the city. Nice room but much smaller than the one we had last time we stayed there. For an inexpensive Hotel this one is OK and we would stay there again.

Staff almost constantly on cell phones. Yes, they took care of us but sometimes after taking care of what they were doing on personal cell phone. Moderate traffic noise but acceptable.

the ac was liking and my bed get wet and they don’t change rooms bc they don’t have any empty.

Ac was not work at all is liking water make my bed wet.

I liked that they have hot shower, bathroom was specious.

One thing that really bothered me is that google location for this hotel is not correct. Its two blocks away from hotel, so I had to ask local people have they heard of this hotel, took me ten minutes to find it.

Location was very close to the centre, lots of shops near it, room was clean, bed was comfortable, nice AC, friendly staff.

The car park was very small, you had to move your car if someone else wanted to take theirs out and viceversa. The shower sprayed everywhere but in the middle. Room had no windows to the outside.

Everything is great,clean and comfy.

Parking was a little inconvenient
