I have rented 5 apartments in Rome in the past two years ,3 times in Piazza Navona. It's hard to describe all the inconveniences that this apartment has. : The doors and windows are NOT soundproof therefore sleeping is all must imposiblethe, noise after midnight from trucks, and all kinds of cleaning and picking up trash remains until 5 am. You have to live from your suitcases because drawers do not exist in any bedroom nor do hangers for slacks. There are crooked steps all over the place, to the rooms, to the bathrooms to the kitchen. The floors are stained and look dirty all over the apartment. Alessia was very nice. We stayed for 8 nights and do not recommend this apartment

Balcony overlooks Piazza Navona. We enjoyed hanging out there and having wine after dinner—the people watching was excellent. The apartment is centrally located, close to all the sights. Host was very responsive and answered questions almost immediately. Would definitely return!

This condo is beyond the best place to stay. It is huge, well appointed and right in the middle of the action. Alessia is attentive and friendly! She arranged an airport pickup and even let us into the condo early to accommodate our very early arrival. Many nights we found that just hanging out on the balcony was all that we needed, there is always action in this square. If you want to be in the middle of it, this is your place. I don't think I could ever go to Rome and stay somewhere else!

CONS: putting this first, only to give people a heads up who may not want to endure the things that are not ideal. It is very loud. It's loud late into the evening and loud early in the morning with trash/recycling being picked up. If you want to be able to nap, or go to bed early, or sleep in, this is not the place for you. Also, two of the mattresses are very hard and all the pillows are subpar at best. The layout isn't ideal for persons with bad knees or anything. steps up to the apartment and steps around the inside of the apartment. That being said, the views are absolutely unbeatable, the people watching is superb, the apartment is incredibly spacious, and the communication from the manager was absolutely A+. It's central to a lot of great sights that are walkable and the little store right underneath it is ideal to grab some wine, cheese, etc. Would absolutely stay here again, happily.

The property couldn’t be better located if you enjoy watching all the activity at Piazza Narvona and being within walking distance of just about everything this is the best! Property had 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms one off the kitchen which was a little inconvenient however it was still overall an excellent experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment right on Piazza Navona! We loved people-watching from the balcony and having an up close view of the Bernini fountain. There was plenty of room for my family of 6, and the kitchen was very functional for making quick breakfasts when we had early morning tours. The location is central to all the main sites in Rome. We walked to the Vatican in about 20 minutes and the same in the other direction to the Colosseum. Alessia was very helpful in arranging transfers from the airport. We would definitely stay again!

Being situated in Piazza Navona made everything we did accessible and reasonable to stop back by the apartment for anything that we needed throughout the day. The people watching in the Piazza so much fun from the balcony! Be ready to have your picture taken because everyone wants to know how you landed such a great spot!

Alessia was wonderful! From the moment we reached out regarding the property, she was wonderful to work with. Always available to answer any questions. And even when we got to Rome, she was more than willing to help us with transportation which we greatly appreciated!

Alessia was a great host and welcomed us as we arrived to the apartment. Check-in was a breeze! The apartment perfectly overlooks Piazza Navona and we ended our nights taking in the views and people! My husband and I always go to rome and stay near the Trevi fountain this time wanted to experience different area. When we found this amazing apartment it ticked all our boxes. Everything was close and and the area beautiful. Aliessa thank you for help and also it’s refreshing to see someone taking their role so serious. You always replied our emails within mins. Thank you

The apartment's balcony overlooks the Piazza Navona. So the location was great. Please note that you do have to carry your suitcases up one flight of stairs - maybe an issue for some. We had 4 strong boys who carried our luggage. We were not bothered by any noise in the Piazza and enjoyed people watching from above. We did have some hiccups; however, the issues were resolved.

Alessia was a wonderful host and looked after us very well. Made it easy to check in and helped to organise anything we needed. The apartment was a wonderful location. Very central and a fantastic little balcony overlooking the piazza was very special. It had everything we needed. Grazie!!

This place is in the perfect location right on the square. Everything is within walking distance including restaurants, shopping, and major attractions.

This location was amazing! Apartment was clean and well supplied. We were a multigenerational group and the location and the layout of the apartment was perfect for everyone in the family. Communicating with the property was super easy and the quick response back was impressive. Would recommend this apartment 100% and will definitely stay here again when in Rome.

Alessia made things so easy for our group. We were able to drop off our things early and freshen up before heading out. The house was rocked with everything we needed and even included a helpful book with how to use the tv, wifi, washer, etc. The true benefit of this place is the location. You get amazing views of Piazza Navona and the balcony let’s you people watch. There are a ton of places close by. We frequented Bar Senato daily for breakfast and it was amazing. Highly recommend renting here!!

A wonderful property…perhaps best location in all of Rome! Very elegant appointments just steps from the street with delightful balcony overlooking the beautiful, evocative Piazza Navona. Wonderful host and check in process. We’ll certainly be staying here again in the future!

Alessia was a delight and greeted us when we arrived. When asked about an airport transfer she was quick to offer to arrange it and it was flawless! The apartment was prime real estate although people stay up late in the piazza and it is a bit noisy, we were exhausted from seeing Rome in a day so we were not bothered. Communication with her was super and the apartment was just as described, accommodated 8 people without difficulty. Thank you for sharing this special place in the heart of Rome! Grazie Mille!

This was a great location in Rome. Have a fantastic view of the Square and centralized location in Rome for travel. This area is a frequented area by both locals and tourists. As such, it can be loud in the evening visitors and early morning cleaning. From my perspective, this is easily worth the experience. Great communication always. Would stay here again when in Rome.

Myself, my wife and our two children spent eight days in this apartment and we had an amazing time. Plenty of room for everyone. It was very clean and had everything we could possibly want. The balcony was perfect for early morning coffee or late night wine. The location was ideal. Just a short walk to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. Alessia was wonderful throughout the whole process from booking to setting up airport transfers and check in. We will definitely be coming back next time we’re in Rome.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great, but you should know there is a lot of street noise. Property manager was great and easy to communicate with.

The property is well maintained and well stocked.

If you want to be in the center of the action, this is the spot for you. My four sisters and I stayed a week in this old-world-charm apartment that includes modern conveniences. Although, none of us are spring chickens, we were able to walk almost everywhere. Cabs also very convenient at our front door. We ate out every meal so can’t really speak to the kitchen for those who prefer to cook. For our needs it was certainly satisfactory. And big. The small balcony looking over the magnificent Piazza Navona was exactly what we wanted, the icing on the cake! Lots of people-watching from there and gorgeous views of the Baroque masterpieces. Our host Alessia was gracious and very helpful. We can’t wait to come back.

Love the location in Piazza Navona. The hosts were wonderful and always responded fast to any questions. The unit had a lot of space and the balcony overlooking the piazza was great! I would suggest replacing or cleaning the rug in the dining room, but not a huge deal. Overall, the place was great!

Spacious apartment with a intimate balcony overlooking Bernini's Four Rivers fountain on the Piazza Navona. This apartment is ideal for families and groups wanting to get the most out of their time in Rome and don't mind being near an active area. Alessia welcomed us warmly, gave us thorough instructions/tour of the apartment and was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I have nothing but positive things to say about the apartment, check in and entire experience. The location is ideal for walking - within 20 minutes, you can reach the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Palatine Hill, Colosseum, Roman Forum, Mouth of Truth, Trastevere neighborhood, Spanish Steps, and the Vatican City. Within 5 minutes of the best two gelaterias in Rome- Rume and Frigidaire as well, as well as many restaurants and wine bars.

This place is amazing. So happy we chose it! The location was perfect. Walking distance to so many if Rome’s attractions. The people watching in Piazza Navona is fun. Alesia was easy to work with and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
