Free parking, easy acces to the appartment, kitchen is well equiped, has microwave that can also bake frozen pizza. Towls, and sheets provided.

TV isnt smart one.... kinda hoped to be able to watch my own netflix, had some movies on USB but couldn't play them as only A1 remote is provided, it would help if there would be an orriginal tv remote too. For price of 70€ / night guest expects some of gadgets aswell.

Modern and at the same time cozy apartment at a remote from the centre location ( but perfect for us) and very close walking distance to Eggenberg castle. We love the area and the convenient restaurants and shops. The flat is comfortable, very fast WIFI, spacious parking space and lovely atmosphere! We will stay again if we return to Graz!

The cleaning needs more attention! The toilet was not cleaned properly from the previous guests use! Still had brown marks on the wc boil! The kitchen -glasses and plates were greasy. The flat needs one off and more controlled cleaning service.

Free parking. Enough beds to accommodate a family. Functional space. Adequate kitchen facilities.

The sofa bed in the living room is misnamed. It is a sofa that pulls out flat so two people have space to sleep on it. But they are still sleeping on firm sofa cushions instead of a mattress. Although this worked out for my kids, it may disappoint others who stay here expecting a mattress for that sofa.

The host is very responsible because exactly after booked her house, she message me and provide me the whole information I required to get access to the entrance keys.
