Beautiful hotel! It was very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect location. A quick walk to most places. Would definitely recommend!!

The rooms are completely soundproof and clean. Great location.

I think it would be nice to upgrade the coffee in the room

Great location near restaurants and far enough off broadway that is was quiet. Clean and modern.

i liked that the property was in walking distance to everything but not in the mix to hear the chaos.

elevators took FOREVER.. also, was in a handicap room although did not request (which are often less in price). did book last minute although - i feel like it could have been acknowledged. not that the experience should be any difference because the room offered a king bed and a decent view. also, the room did not feel thoroughly cleaned or that it was not often occupied and forgot about to thoroughly clean // vent did not work in bathroom and just made annoying noise // sink did not drain well // AC did not work that well, room was very humid like even at 68 degrees.

Nice modern design. Nice room and bed. Good breakfast buffet and options. Good sized gym and pool.

Was treated rudely when I arrived. There was never anyone at the bell desk at anytime during my stay, so I had to leave my suitcase with the bell desk at the Omni across the street. The hotel has a nice door to the street - Korean Vet's Blvd - that you can exit through, but you cannot enter through it. You have to walk around and through the garage to enter. This is true even though there is no security, no bellhop, and no other staff at the garage entrance. You also need your card key to use the elevator to get to your room. So there is ZERO reason to force guests to walk through the garage to get into their hotel. In the gym, there are a half dozen elipticals and another half dozen treadmills but not a single recumbent bike (my cardio machine of preference). In general, you can just tell that this is a hotel run by people who don't use it and don't think like a customer.
