Louise has a wonderful apartment .the pictures are a,true reflection and her attention to detail in providing everything required for a comfortable stay is first class.we thoroughly enjoyed our recent 11 days stay chilling out in the sunshine balcony and enjoying the local restaurants within 5/10 walk from the apartment .we have stayed in very nice apartments in recent years but Louise 's has been the best and combined with her hosting skills we fully recommend booking her apartment you wont be dissapointed.

We just love Lanzarote and always stay in one of Louise’s villas who is wonderful. Can’t talk highly enough of Louise. Food is amazing here and we just love walking across to Puerto Calero. Would recommend Lanzarote and Louise’s villas as a real chill out place to relax and recharge your batteries.

Everything was perfect , we had the best week here. The apartment was beautiful and Louise was so helpful. From picking us up from the airport and taking us back showing us around the apartment. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for having us.

We had a fantastic time in this apartment at the end of May. Everything was as advised in the description. Our host was terrific and helpful with resort information and places to eat. The sea view is fabulous and we had sun on the balcony from 10am to 7pm. The apartment was ideally located a 5 min walk to the harbour and a 15 min walk to the centre of the strip.

Can't add much to what other guests have said - Louise's apartment is just perfect! Peaceful, yet everything you need is close by. The terrace is great, with the sun all day. Inside it's clean and modern, with everything you could need (including a dishwasher). The location is just right - in the old town, and close to the harbour, restaurants and shops. Louise is a super host and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her apartment!

This is one of the best apartments we've ever stayed in. Everything was exceptional from booking to departure. Louise collected us and dropped us at the airport, which was a lovely touch. The apartment itself is definitely home from home. Comfy bed, comfy furniture, everything you need in the kitchen, all the channels you need on the TV. The piece de resistance is the spaciousness terrace with spectacular views.
I've never seen such a large welcome pack. We had absolutely everything for the first few days.
The location is perfect for access to the old town, the strip, and a few minutes walk to the local bars and restaurants and large supermarket.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Louise's apartment and will certainly be back.

Fantastic apartment on a really nice complex. Louise was brilliant with excellent communication including accommodating us when Ryanair messed with our flights, arranging pick up and drop off at airport and providing a welcome pack which was much appreciated. The apartment is as shown in the photos. It is very well equipped and of a modern design. You will get a good nights sleep as the bed is very comfortable. The balcony is great for sunbathing and for sitting in the shade. The views are also amazing. We would return to this apartment however as my husband has some mobility issues he did struggle with the location, but this in no way reflects on this wonderful apartment. The owner was so helpful which was very much appreciated and provided a nice starter pack of basics for our arrival. The pool area was very quiet and we could go down to the pool at 10am and be the first ones there! What the owner did that we thought was over and above was to pick us up and drop us off at the airport. She was also available to us if we’re to experience any issues, which we did not.

Just back from this fabulous apartment with the most amazing sea views in the old town of Puerto del Carmen. The owner Louise was great picking us up from the airport and taking us back. She provided an excellent welcome pack as well as all the basic things needed for a self catering stay. More than happy to recommend and would definitely return!

Lovely apartment with fantastic sea and mountain views from the balcony. Well kept complex that is very quiet and peaceful yet still close to shops, restaurants and bars. We very much hope to stay again in the future.

Louise is an amazing host. Everything was just perfect. The apartment is beautiful and all the little additions with Louise picking us up from the airport showing us the area on our way to the apartment the welcome wine and beers and snacks plus return to airport. Did not want to leave was like home from home

We booked Louise's place after reading the reviews and seeing the pictures , we were not disappointed in any way. Louise goes out of her way to make your stay the best it can be. Firstly she collected us from the airport and laid on some beer and wine plus a few essentials at the apartment ready for our arrival. The apartment is as good as it looks and the balcony was perfect for lounging in the sun. It is on a hill but we walked everywhere as it's not far from the Old town and also the newer part and the strip with loads of bars and restaurants. We couldn't rate this apartment any higher and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Puerto del Carmen. Louise even took us back to the airport. She really is a top host.

In one way I can say without any doubt that this has been the best place we have stayed in Lanzarote but I kinda want to keep it to myself. Spotless, beautiful view, all very well equipped and Louise is so lovely. We really couldn’t have asked for more

Property was spotless and the view was to die for. Lovely big balcony with sunbeds to lounge around on all day if you wish. Louise was amazing and kindly collected us from the airport and dropped us off aswell. We had the most relaxing 10 days.

Sometimes I find that reviews and pictures are flattering but not in this case. Everything was as we expected. Property and location are first class, although not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Louise is the perfect host.

Amazing apartment
Lovely apartment, well equipped for a self catering holiday. The apartment is very modern and clean, spacious balcony with beautiful views of sea and mountains. The balcony is very private it has comfy sun beds and south facing for sun worshipers with shaded area if required by others. The service Louise and her mother Helen, provides is excellent from picking us up and returning us to the airport. The welcome pack was lovely giving us essentials and some luxury items so we did not need to go to shop day of arrival.
The location of the apartment is near the old town and harbour with plenty of restaurants close by however it is also close to the main strip with additional restaurants and bars.
We had an excellent holiday and would highly recommend the apartment

WoW what can we say
We thought that Louise collecting use from the airport was good, but on arrival at the apartment where do we start. Great view, the apartment had everything and more that we needed, and Louise had provided all the essentials. We needed some R&R and that’s what we got. Love the apartment especially the shower. Huge thanks, hope to stay again.

Perfection
This apartment and the owner Louise is perfect nothing is too much trouble for Louise you are looked after from the moment you book her apartment and the service you receive is 110% .
The quality in the apartment is excellent nothing is missing the best apartment we have stayed in .
Louise above and beyond from picking you up from the airport to organising a clean up in the apartment mid week if staying more then a week and checking if you need anything whilst in the apartment we will definitely book the apartment again.

December sun and warmth
The apartment was exactly as shown on the website. Like most properties in the resort it is down hill into town but a bit of a climb after a good meal. Good exercise for the thighs!! Taxis are cheap and plentiful.
Louise is an excellent hostess, collecting us from the airport and taking us back. She left many basic necessities including beer and wine meaning grocery shopping was not a priority.
All round excellent stay and we hope to return.

Amazing apartment with stunning views
We have just returned from an amazing 2 week stay in this fantastic apartment. Louise the owner and her mother Helen go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and you have everything you need to make this the perfect holiday accommodation. Several days before we were due to fly out Louise contacted us to see if we needed picked up at the airport but we already had a transferred arranged and paid for. When we arrived at the apartment we were greeted by Louise and Helen and they gave us the guided tour explaining how everything worked. Louise gave us her mobile number to contact her on if we had any problems. The apartment was spotless, sleek and modern and all the electrical appliances are new and up-to-date. The kitchen is extremely well kitted out with everything you could possibly need. There was an extensive welcome pack, which included a bottle of wine and 6 beers, not to mention the soft drinks, milk, water and all the snacks. very impressive!! The views from the terrace out to sea are amazing and we watched the sunset over the mountains in the evening. The apartment was well stocked with all the cleaning products you could possibly need. It’s all these little things that add up and show you how much time and care Louise has taken to provide everything you could possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was loads of storage space in the bedroom. The apartment is in a great location, it’s a 5 minute walk to Biosfera Plaza Shopping Centre, there is a large well stocked Hiperdino within a 5 minute walk, 15 minutes walk takes you to the main strip and 10 minutes walk takes you to the old town harbour. We have been holidaying in Lanzarote for 20 years, we have stayed in hotels, villas and private apartments but I have to say this is the best accommodation we have stayed at. We will be booking this apartment again when we work out our dates. You are both doing a superb job ladies, keep up the great work.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views
This apartment is in a great location close to bars and restaurants. However it is really peaceful out on the terrace with great views out to sea. Louise the owner goes above and beyond with her welcome pack and hospitality. We loved our time spent there.

From the minute we stepped into apartment we felt at home and the decor is just stunning. Pre-visit Louise kept us updated on all of the COVID-19 related info that may have had an impact on our stay. She sent us links for all relevant forms we needed and all information. Louise assured us that she was there for anything we needed during our stay & gave us contact numbers to call her. We also met Helen, Louise's wonderful mum, who also has a beautiful apartment on Colina Del Sol. There are plenty of beaches shops restaurants & bars within walking distance & taxis are really reasonable & reliable. I could go on & on but I’d run out of space . I finish by saying that this is the best apartment we have ever stayed in & will be booking as soon as next years holiday dates are confirmed. I would give this more than 5* if it was possible. I'm not sure what I can add that hasn't already been said. Our thanks to Louise and Helen for the welcome pack. The airport runs were much appreciated. This apartment is very clean with lovely decor. Comfy loungers on the terrace with grorgeous views of sea and mountains. If there is availability then just book it!

Amazing Apartment
This is by far the best apartment we have stayed in, ever!
It is so clean, well presented with everything you would need and Louise the owner compliments it all with her helpfulness and is only a phone call away should you ever need her help.
Right from the moment we were met on arrival at the airport by Louise and her mother Helen and throughout our stay they just couldn`t do enough for us. So a big thank you to them for helping us enjoy our stay in the fabulous apartment.
We look forward to our next visit, hopefully very soon.

From the very first enquiry about the property to actually being picked up and taken to my forward holiday hotel in the resort by the owner everything was perfect and well above our expectations. Beautiful apartment!! Luxurious furnishings, very comfortable bed, every utensil you need and spectacular view. Owner Louise and her mum Helen are lovely and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is stress free. Would say this area is unsuitable for anyone with mobility problems as it’s quite hilly. We will definitely be booking this apartment again.

Just returned today from a fabulous time in this wonderful apartment.....really is 5 star and luxurious and more than met our expectations. Would not hesitate to recommend to family/friends and will definitely return in future subject to availability of course as aware calendar already busy most of next year... Louise and mum Helen are very friendly and helpful and can take pride in what they offer and do for holidaymakers. Nothing is too much trouble for them and always at end of phone if needed...beautiful apartment with beautiful views and really is a gem in the sun!!!!
